I am not sure if any here are see how some smaller oil stocks have jumped today ie one did 200% up. Reason per one article is due to what Biden said. The Americans like their own US stocks.

In the UK, its not only UKOG but others as well that did well today.

Suzhou has been busy with "Suzhou unit strikes a Brazilia lithium concentrate deal" on 15 Jan 2021.

Suzhou signs 10 year deal with Global Lithium, 6 days ago.

So, they have been busy.

I am going to check how Sozhou's playbook plays out.

So, its clever to sell 13.38% of PREM at a PREMIUM @0.4p to do DFS. Tomorrow, we may hear more on this. George said it was a PREMIUM to today's sp and a premium at the time of the negotiations.

George said he will be having another interview tomorrow.
Whatever you want to know or have confirmed, then just tweet to George via the PREM Twitter site. I have seen people congratulate George and team and now one said GEORGE-LEGEND!!! LoL.

I listened to it quickly and I understand George said there will be ANOTHER INTERVIEW TOMORROW.

In short, he said he is "excited" and it was done at a "PREMIUM" and also to
"FUTURE NEGOTIATION...." I think he said "FAIR PRICE."

Video just came out. Tues, 8 Mar 2022 after the PREM-SUZHOU RNS.

The above RNS came out at 5.01pm, after the mkt closed at 4pm.

My stock a/c showed 0.3p for PREM. So, the Suzhou deal at 0.4p is ---------a 30% PREMIUM ---to the market closing today, Tues, 8 Mar 2022.

So, all those on the other PREM forum saying P was wrong as DIRECT INVESTMENT meant WONGA for PREM.

M & A investment bankers valued Zulu [PREM] at 0.4p for up to the DFS stage.
George did say in his last interview that they were at "PROCEDURAL" stage.

Since the PREM RNS came out at 5.01pm after the market had closed at 4.30pm, George played a blinder.

Those on forums valued the project at 0.24p when the share price was 0.3p.

The Suzhou conditional £12m subscription is for 0.4p -FAIR VALUE BY INVESTMENT M & A bankers which George agreed to.

As the Zulu project PROGRESSES with EPO and more drilling etc, the project like others will
increase as norm.

So, this was the best way. PREM RNS's STATED: D I R E C T INVESTMENT STAKE.
That is NOT T/O which George stated he did not want as he wants to retain a substantial stake in Zulu. Direct investment stake is NOT JV either at this stage yet.

So, this way, as it proceeds to DFS, the Zulu lithium project become more valued.
Even at this stage, FAIR VALUE VALUATION FOR THE SUZHOU £12m conditional subcription came to 0.4p, ABOVE THE SHARE PRICE of 0.3p [mid-price] earlier. This figure was NOT plucked out of the air but M & A investment bankers would be on the job?

The earlier PREM RNS said a SERIES of investments from recall but kindly check.
The latest PREM RNS and with George saying in his interview that they are at "PROCEDURAL" stage ie seeing to Zim$ & US$ etc.

On the other forum for PREM, the constant talk is now proved wrong. Its obvious what a "DIRECT INVESTMENT STAKE" [PREM RNS] was. The PREM RNS just out today, Tues, 8 Mar 2022 is as above. Pilbara is a $7.98 bn co in Australia and ARV is a $2.77bn co, also in Australia.

Yesterday, another AIM co entered Zimbabwe for lithium as Bird said they welcome foreign investments etc.

The word "PRESENCE" was not missed out. It was stated clearly from the Houston Conference in 2021 from where it was quoted from.

As for the Weald basin, UK - UKOG is one of the licence holders. That is also clear from the co.

As for whether this or that, we are not PRIVY to GOVT info on the 4 areas in the UK.
