But it is positive that the MM's have offered a higher selling price at 0.0586p vs 0.0578p in the morning today, Thur, 11 Apr 2024. Since the research is not appreciated, then the noise can do their own research. Easier for me as well as I dont have to call up all the sites and then copy them here verbatim from so many POW reports on Kilmore etc. Now, I just look it up and dont need to spend time typing it out.

Have to look at my other stocks.

I have decided that the only reason that I can see is that perhaps what Banburyboy said could be correct ie disgruntled past holders of RRR. However, it is also then possible that the disgruntled now DONT WANT OTHERS TO BENEFIT if this stock recovers, IF, there is, NEWS to justify it as norm. Or, the disgruntled want to WARN others off. THERE HAVE BEEN WARNINGS GALORE. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS MM'S WONT MARK RRR SHARES DOWN TO 0.05P , THE 1/2 BILLION ISSUANCE PRICE but the BUY IS STILL 0.06p and to sell had gone up since the morning at 0.086p.

The jury is out as to what happens next ---and with all co's , it will depend on what news comes next as norm. UNFORTUNATELY, THE MM'S ARE NOT LISTENING TO THE DISGRUNTLED going by the share price NOT MARKED DOWN to 0.05p. As for liquidity, per Talkinfo, refer it to A.Bell, Chairman and what he said on Twitter since I did know there were "shorts" re: RRR stock of the synthetic type ? Yes, No. But do email/ring the MM's if not happy as to why they are not marking RRR shares down. Might be enlightening given there are a few MM's of RRR stock dealing. I dont know as I dont have L2. Better still, GO TO THE MARKET MARKETS and check as that is showing LIVE on my HL account, not just the summary. As for wanting to check LARGE NUMBERS FOR RRR, I DONT NEED TO. One need to just check NORMAL MKT SIZE of 200,000.

Not need to pick . Why? EVERYONE SAW THE 18%+ AND IN FACT IT WAS EVEN 20% up. So, IF you did NOT SEE it on the day of the 31m + 28m + 50m and this caused the rise, I WILL NOT BE HELD to blame if you are not watching your account. HL just quoted me to SELL at 0.586p.

To BUY is the same at 0.06p.

At 10:54am per my post on this forum, HL quoted me SELL at 0.0578p. Not sure why MM's are quoting more to SELL with nearly 1/2 billion RRR share issuance today? Please check.

As a RC, I only look at my own account and what DRIVES the share price. Why wont I make technically if the share price goes up? As for share price: IF ONE HAS SHARES, DO A LIVE BUY & SELL. There is NO CHANGE in the buy price at 0.06p.

The sell is 0.0578p still. FACT.

FACT: RRR RNS ISSUE OF SHARES 0.05p.

Since the writer is NOT a shareholder, and only upon a DRC Award settlement of US$10m, will the writer buy per his guidance, today's RRR RNS is not applicable to the writer, isnt it? Adding some balance. BUT if there is DRC settlement of US10m, then the writer will buy £500 worth of RRR per his earlier guidance? HOWEVER, it is POSITIVE that the share price has NOT CHANGE from yesterday ie BEFORE THE ISSUANCE of shares. THIS IS NOT THE CASE normally, isnt it?

Just askin. So, moral of the story is: It would appear...fill in the blanks.

Only thing that has happened between yesterday and today is the RRR RNS, 11.4.24 -ISSUANCE OF 509.8 BILLION SHARES vs 3.5billion in existence. NO BIG BUYS - just 22m trades today. So, appears it was a COVER? No overhang either, SHARE PRICE live is still the same as yesterday @0.06p to buy. NOT DROPPING to 0.05p issue price. Ah, so!!!

AUDITING:

Anyone would see the DISCREPENCY between 509.8 BILLION vs just 22m shares sold. IF any co has 509.8 BILLION shares just issued, the MM's WONT want to buy LARGE lots of RRR shares from private investors. Why? 101 says there would be in theory, what they call "OVER-HANG" of shares in RRR. Such over-hangs [too many shares] would cause a WEAKNESS in the share 101.

It is NOT happening - FACT.

So, now the only logical reason is that that the 509.8 BILLION SHARES were to COVER 101? Yes. No?

509.8 BILLION issuance today vs 3.5 BILLION SHARES ISSUED IE IN EXISTENCE represents 1 4. 5 % issued today of RRR shares. WASNT A.BELL, CHAIRMAN OF RRR CORRECT when he tweeted about SHORTS???? So, is this covering then of what Mr A. Bell , Chairman of RRR tweeted ? Yes. No? Answers on a postcard. LoL. Interesting eh? Thur, 11.4.24.

1[] If the Market has just GOT 509.8 BILLION SHARES from the ISSUANCE today, 11.4.24 where have they GONE ?

2[] Why? The 19 trades so far number only 22 MILLION+ as above @12.25 noon [delayed data].

3[] Why does the MM's want to buy EVEN more from the investors as I could SELL a large no above normal mkt size of 200,000 all in 1 go?

4[] Issuance price 0.05p. Why has the share price NOT fallen to the issue price of 0.05p but still remaining 0.6p to buy and 0.578p to sell? Usually, folks panic and sell to the issue price 101?

5[] Why is the "FAIR PRICE" for RRR still 0.06p to BUY, SAME AS YESTERDAY , BEFORE THE ISSUANCE of today as above?

6[] Why is "NOISE" not being listened to by the MARKET?

7[] Conclusion: WHERE ARE THE 509.8 BILLION SHARES NOW? Did Maidit308 not say that investors were asking and as norm, one has to wait to SEE. Seems that indeed shares have NOW been issued today.

If I input more than 100,000, and I have pressed the button before, I sold and had to buy back.
