So much for OPEC+ at the weekend, WTI and Brent together with UK Gas are on a screamer atm +4.12%, 3.77%, +7.24% , yet 'ye old' HBR is still down !!!

Not sure about BP being taken out, HBR are the more likely candidate atm.

Currently the UK is importing 23.1% of it power demand from EU, so much for energy security !

This true, however I still think given their exposure to Asia that Serica would still be interested at the right price, tax losses would just take longer to utilise assuming the new fiscal regime still allows them, if not then the value of Enquest would adjust accordingly.

Absolutely and we may not have long to wait imo, after all we were sat at almost double our current SP a little over 3 months ago. Offer of circa ~ 300p would probably do it. RNS due this week which is bound to give us a boost, or so it should !
