We have approximately just under a third of our MCap in CASH atm, NO DEBT .... plus £115m in our tax pool against a market capitalization of £350m no wonder MSCI have included SQZ.

Although Main Market listing could happen now and should imo.

Current rating on our market cap, we are listed at position 468 as at close on Fri, 24 May 2019 @ 133p

So we have our answer, the MSCI was printed according to the document "Geneva, May 13, 2019".

This matches exactly the successive large after hours trading being reported since 14th.

That's my worry is we could have a potentially company changing find and we know nothing really about it. The only reference I can find is for 9.7mmboe NetWI.

Have our P2's been produced via an independent company or via our own competent person, who was no other than PW himself........ "competent person" ..... LMFO

My worry is the engineered SP fall, PW leaving and the possible under selling of our P2 is why we may not be around much longer.. We touched our all time high at the same time of our "significant discovery" in South Disouq, the SP has been in a constant down channel ever since.... coincidence !!!

As clearly a companies worth is based upon its assets.

Wouldn't be so sure myself. The market makers can I believe hold up to 10% without having to declare and this can then be transferred to another entity. Different rules for different types of entities, 3% being the most commonly notified. You only need a few such arrangements and bob's your uncle !

We have had for best part of a year our SP being actively managed by one or more BoT's day in day out. What I allude too is the recent change in the BoT's pattern which to me signals an urgency. An urgency that may be days or months away. My assumption is we will shortly see the reason behind this pattern of trading surface. Could be a t/o could be a merger could be another transformational deal. All I believe is the event is on the horizon and as such I am heavy invested and patently waiting.

Add in the 4 late trades of same volume and timestamp straight after the bell, that has been preceding the large trade and directly before the UT for the previous 6 sessions also, plus a very unusually high number of single share trades throughout the day today.

This trading pattern has not been present until recently and imo this all adds up to the end game is getting near.

BoT actively as percentage of today's transactions still remains >90%.

Try and find another stock that displays this type of activity !

SP strong today and finished flat.
