The outstanding feature about SQZ is its ability to deliver the 'whole package', so it not just about CoH, although that is amazing in its self. Its about how the company is run and by whom. As mentioned next weeks figures will be unrecognizable compared to H1 2018 in every way. Also they will imo publish their latest CoH, which will most likely be to end of August. Having $200m CoH by EoY is a little ambitious, though it will not be a million miles away either.

SQZ on 9th October 2018 received a conditional License that ensured Rhums compliance to operate and was ratified on 5th November.
I would expect similar again as we have already begun the renewal process, many weeks ago.

So on balance I would say given our position in the Rhum field (3/29a) and operator of Bruce ( for which we have substantial spare capacity) and wanting to extract maximum benefit from our operations, I would say, YES SQZ have requested AND indeed applied for its addition. Could also explain why the 'soft delay' to R3 as Mitch stated many months ago that they would move forward with R3 alot earlier than the current programme. Didn't want too much attention drawn to Rhum that may attract bidders for these extra blocks maybe !
It would also remove the 'complications' of IOC's involvement of any additional interest SQZ would acquire in Rhum field.

SQZ have said all along they believe Rhum has a lot more to give.

Not sure what your angle is, but sqz are extremely profitable, just read their last few presentation. We have had our resident Deramper banging on about gas spot and how its crippled the company LOL. Reality is the spot price is now back in the mean range for the past few years and has not had the impact you would imagine due to various factors.

Be interested if you could show exactly how you have worked out BKR are marginally breakeven !

2019 H1 Results will blow 2018 out of the water , it will be a massive wake up call for the market imo

That will only return us to late June early July SP, so should have plenty of 'wriggle room' today.

Should inflate Brent and gas too for some time, moving into winter pricing soon will all help the bottom line, as if it needs it , lol.

Add-in the US are blaming Iran, not the Yemeni Houthi rebels, will add to politically driven instability in commodities.

Clearly you have taken those statements utterly and totally out of context.

If you put yourself in the shoes of a trading house and the circumstance of an RNS appearing or not and PI's expectations, you should understand exactly where I'm coming from, it's called understanding the market, if not, not to worry.

It does sound like you are in ZIOC a little too deep atm, each to their own.

BTW I requested your last post to be removed for abusive language so please refrain in future.

Anyway, lets get back to ZIOC and hope some positive news comes out shortly. I see Gencore as being underweight as another sign the market thinks there is some mileage in their SP for what ever reason, hence my previous post.
