We paid off our large bills in June, nothing magical about that. So, it was first ours head in the sands about liabilities, then gas spot now the fact we pay our bills with cash. Wonder what next ! We all know SQZ is a company that is cash positive with the best in the business in terms of low Operating costs to $12.30. So if SQZ are in trouble I sure you will be posting the same on all other NS O&G as they will be failing well before SQZ, in fact according to your statement the North Sea is no more !!

Gas is currently 43.7p/therm that's appox 25% above our hedge of 35p/therm. Oil has averaged $61 this year and looking likly to bounce tomorrow.

NI you really are chasing ghost atm ... anyone who knows anything about SQZ, its operations will just laugh at your post my friend.

Keep de-ramping for you bosses as you are bound to try and short this tomorrow, just hope you have massive shorts open when our mega RNS of a deal drops, which could happen at anytime.

JFYI NI, spot price now 43.560p/therm, that's way above our hedge of 35p/therm.

Oil has averaged $61 this year and WILL go ballistic should SA get attacked again.

In a few months, SQZ will get an automatic uplift of 20% in revenues from BKR, that's the same as +5kboepd for ZERO CapX.

Our recent H1 2019 results were outstanding showing massive increase in profit and CoH with ZERO bank debt.

So overall the cash is rolling in ..... we have no problems at all.

Oh, and a mega deal about to land at any moment.

Never seen so many 'O' trades within 1 second as these.

Guess, it's a transfer from MM to the new owner maybe ! Either way is a healthy interest imo.

I would have thought if that was the case it would have been mentioned before. SQZ have always had R3 as a primary objective, remember Mitch at the presentation last year stating we need to get R3 producing and gave good operational reasons why SQZ shouldn't wait, but get R3 producing asap. No mention of kit upgrades or technical constraints of any kind.
I would have thought the equipment put in by BP would have been spec'd to cope with their 3 planed wells and more too.

Just to me SQZ statement for the delay doesn't hold water imo, its almost as if they are buying time for another reason. Maybe bigger fish to fry is my guess. Time and resources needed and don't want the 'distraction' of R3 for the time being.

Sorry, didn't mean to question you IANAA, it was the statement from SQZ that I found to be contradictory in its terms. Maybe they need to expand a little more as to why R3 can not be connected.

Not to sure about that one myself. SQZ have stated that Bruce Platform HAS in EXCESS of 25% ullage in available capacities for both gas and oil. Also this holds true for the next 5 years !!!
So the interesting question is ..... what do SQZ have planned to take up this spare capacity. SQZ could easily choke back R3 an fully utilise Bruce's capacity, because if they don't take up this ullage, surely we are not maximizing our assets.

"WAS" spending, so most of the critical negotiations etc have been completed, just a case of the legal eagles sorting the paperwork maybe ?

"Mr Flegg claimed Serica’s balance sheet was “amongst the strongest” in its peer group, enabling the firm to go after “further value-accretive opportunities”......."
Was that in the context of the deal that is being currently worked on or another deal being eyed too?

Hold tight, for that mega deal is on the horizon imo.

imo, it's in preparation for a merger / acquisition, SQZ need strong production a cash generative figure to get the right deal on best possible terms. We know a deal is at the top of SQZ BoD ambitions (see my previous post, re Mitch) .... we all know one will arrive, just a case of sooner rather than later imo

15:36 the BoT turns up for work, 15:40 NI begins de-ramping once more ..... once again a correlation between the two is clear in my eyes. This just one of many occasions.

He works for a trading firm and posts on public BB will the aim to de-stabilise PI's.
