London, 1 July 2020 - Serica Energy plc (AIM: SQZ) announces that Luska Limited has sold 185,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an average sales price of 108.50p per share. Luska Limited is a private company controlled by Neil Pike, a non-executive director of the Company, and the sale has resulted from an intended change of control of Luska Limited.

Well, I wan tell ya a story .... tbf, its the same as for the past several sessions. Today, opened steady until the BoT was turned on then we fell .... nice recovery into the early afternoon though, only to be dragged back down fast once the US / Canadian markets opened, with close on almost the days low ..... so my buy today (106.552p) is now hoping for a better day tomorrow. :-(

R3 will add significant value to SQZ once up and running. Both in terms of cashflow and profit. The little recognized plus is that decom cost of R3 will be met by BP too "BP retains liability for all costs of decommissioning facilities existing at completion (including Rhum R3)"
