I think most legitimate posters / holders on here, are, in general balanced rampers ... Last BH w/e upon us soon, then long cold winter ahead .... NBP to >1000p and SQZ will be pulling in £10m per day, £3.65bn per year ..... how's that for a balance post, not, lol.

In fact it's difficult to find any major currency that the British Pound has advantage over, unless you include Russian Ruble (rubble) !

Interesting that Darktrace Employee Benefit Trust have been, in general, slowly increasing their net position.

I suppose, whilst NBP is so astronomically high chance of additional NS WFT is reduce, after all, can gov really risk turning investment away from hydrocarbons right now ... unless as I mentioned before a substantial trade-off happens, ie able to write-off investment against tax at 100% or even more !

Yep, up once more, from 492p/therm today to 542p/therm for tomorrow, almost +10% in a day.

Price 'cap' announced tomorrow for October, then all eye on 5th September for our new PM and what action he/she will take.

NBP rise reminds me of tech bubble, problem with a bubble is they generally over inflate which has consequences when it bursts. I ask myself actually how much of the price is driven by commod traders rather than real supply / demand.
