Good volume today, 3.13m with 74% AT's

For me any further sell-off approaching 200p will be met with strong buying. Even with 200p/s on full issue of 384m shares the MCap would be ~ £768m. Equivalent to 281p in old share issue capital of 273m shares. Given we will also exit March at time of shares being admitted, our CoH should be around est £500m (Serica's contribution : ~£460m EoY + Q1 net ~£40m ) with locked box Tailwind CoH contribution being assumed neutral due to £61m cash payment on completion, so CoH end of Q1 with 384m shares in issue would be ~130p/s.

As locked box, Serica's estimated proforma combined production should already be benefiting from between 40,000 boe/d and 45,000 boe/d., around ~£15m net cash per month on 150p/therm $80 Brent .

Previous EGM results were RNS an hour after voting ... ie 12:01, whilst others have been 7am following day.

Guess, depends on actual results on how eager they will be to 'share' ? ... lol

Clearly more deals will follow this, how many, how fast and at what cost both in terms of deal metrics and additional debt, but as eggs are eggs ..... deals will follow, Mercuria are not here to sit out 18 months then take what scraps remain of SQZ.

No deals are allowed as part of the agreement until completion, as per "not entering into significant transactions prior to Completion..", so that leaves a massive window for big players to mess with our SP both in shorting and buying stock.

My view too as I have previously posted on 21/22 Jan.

The over-riding concern are the future intentions of a SH with 28.9% come >18 months plus and how that will translate into SP appreciation or not !!

Yet our SP continues to slide with TOTAL RADIO SILENCE from our board. Mitch, the deals lined up to follow this had better be exceptionally exceptional with a double quick return to >300p/s in a matter of weeks.

No matter how good the deal could have been with regards assets / tax allowances / production etc etc , nothing can make up for diluting OUR company by 40% and subsequently handing control of Serica to Mercuira.

Mitch, imo you will be turfed-out at first opportunity by Mercuria, mark my words.

Exactly, hence why AA had to go public on 12th July as our board decided on 18th May in response to AA Initial Approach Letter that the Kistos deal was a none starter, or as our board stated, "did not represent, in its view, "a specific proposal for the Board [of Serica] to consider".

As with ANY approach that comes in the BoD can decide on the merit of the approach if it is 'worth' informing the shareholders ..... god knows how many approaches we have received that were rejected by our board, maybe FOI request could be made to find out !
