The stock is becoming illiquid, which basically means there is hardly anyone selling it, you cant buy unless there is a seller, i just got quoted on 1 share no problem, but NT on 100 shares, you have just sit there and keep trying, or give ii a call and do a telephone trade (£48 over the phone)

Im hoping to have two broker accounts by this weekend to trade on AIX, i only see the price going up from here as they are about to reinstate dividends, which is normally around 50-120 US cents, thats an amazing return for £2 share, i see it heading back to $10+ easily in next 12-24 months so worth the gamble. I will derisk somewhat when it does but will be keeping some for life due to the divi's, handy as addition to pension pot.

As you say who dares wins, losing it isnt going to kill me, ile die of something else already used all my 9 lives believe me lol

@Oligarch - stock markets move without Dave Ward much to his dismay, we know what hes doing and dont care, next week there is more important news coming like debt ceiling being risen, Dave will see then that what he is doing is irrelevant in the greater scheme of things. Life and work will go on with or without him... They may even be able to reinstate dividends if he does hurry up lolol

Regarding the penny trading, its a case of changing tactics to suite the market conditions, day trading a few bob keeps your interest up while its making its mind up what it wants to do. Im still here for the long hall and going to try and milk it in my ISA if i can, i sold all my shares out of my main account as all those funds are now off to Kazakhstan with a willy wonker golden lucky ticket.

Or even 2p trading this, obviously to factor in stamp duty which 0.5p to the £1, so has be at least 2p to make it worth while, 50k shares on trade makes it worth it ;-)

@Oligrach - i was 100% correct Monday, i didnt say where the SP was going to be at close, if you where looking to close a position Monday was the day to do it. Yes hindsight and all that but that spike is what i was talking about, i am surprised to see it back down here again, i expect and stop loss hunt tomorrow, thats if the FTSE is still in free fall.

This algo is one of the hardest out there to try and trade, trying to scalp even 2p to make a profit your pi55ing in the wind against spread betters who'll take a penny! Its in sucker rally mode atm, just when you think its made a turn it sucks in loads more buyers them shakes them off again.

Im hoping i spotted something today but we will see, not long now till the speculator's step in, i expect the cwu to announce vote will be back on sometime soon... next week should a thrust in one direction or the other, mind your stops ;-)

AO - ive got a plan as they say, try to get some AIX tradable broker accounts open, if i can in time (which my Halyk should be ready by end of week) then ile start transferring shares, i want at least 2 brokers if possible, .

Then if for what ever reason they cant, ile go Tabys before 25th. If thats looks impossible ile order certs between 25th and 30th.

No reason why anyone here cannot join freedom finance kazakhstan, there KYC (onboarding) is no more than a couple of days, all you need is solicitor stamped photo copies of passport and utility bill, you whatsapp or email them that so no postal service to wait for. Couple days later your on.

My first stop is halyk but im also setting up accounts with FF.kz and Exante, time for change up and learn something new, im surprised how many of our friends over state side already play markets like this, learnt a lot from them in just a short space of time ))

@Panda - its no mess for most, im with ii they have been very clear from the start, problem is with HL mainly being slow to update its customers, those who sold hopefully sold higher than here and can buy back in cheaper, its a no brainer for those who can be bothered to open an aix account share selling on there as of today for $3, loads cashing in and why wouldnt you. Ile hopefully have a Halyk account by the end of this week, happy to help anyone who wants to go that route, im on the telegram chat as 'Anthony' still plenty of time to get accounts opened.

This news about ISA has been common on telegram group for about a week, what they are not telling HL customers is there is no guarantee of what happens in the future, ive been helping someone on HL and even there support cant say with ref to issuance of new shares i.e. POLY K.

Can and will they be able to issue new shares on shares that ineffect in limbo, the current share as its is effectively POLY R, so they will issue you a new 2nd share (Poly K) after redom and split. Now will the sanctions allow thoe current POLY (which will become POLY R) to be held anywhere on LSE let alone in an ISA?

Also will you be able to get POLY K share as POLY held in ISA wont be registered on AIX depository? Current share needs to be registered there for new share issue?

Im not with HL but these are the things HL holders should consider, my biggest concern would be POLY share as of now, which will become POLY R will be kicked out of LSE in any case, and if you can be issued the POLY K shares.
