Divi should be later this year or at latest start of new year as per Mr Nesis previous statements.

Todays reshuffle is getting the POLY R division inline with Putlers requirements, no direct links with West, no problems with west being share holders just no board members or ownership. Redom, split and become two seperate companies, i expect POLY K to be renamed to break the link even further, i dont see any issue with the companies doing business with each other just as many western companies continue to do at present, infact Putler is encouraging businesses to keep the door open not close them.
