Ive had email from FF.eu this morning apologizing for not being able to help, but they have another option for UK residents at the trading platform above, it doesnt say on their website the deal with aix but they do as ive spoken to them. Minimum account transfer must be 10,000 Euro's, its professional site but be able to help someone out in hurry who doesnt want to through apostille, please dont ask me about ISA give thema call its all their if you want it just got to find it...

POLY in its current state as of now will become POLY R, so holding these shares on any LSE listing is no no, share holders will be issued a POLY K after split, those will be allowed on the LSE exchange. Trying to twist things to try and keep on LSE is not going to change the toxic element of POLY as its is, those share will still those restriction, planing on the war ending and sanctions dropping is fools gold. Take your money out of tax wrapper, let the SP grow, sell some of those shares and buy back POLK K shares when all redom and split has been completed.

I dont want to be barer of bad news but when are you all going to accept ISA is not possible, you've been told by the bod, all the institutions have been told they are not allowed buying of POLY after July, woods.co is a new broker they also are not allowing buying, FF.eu tried and said no, thats in the eurozone.

Now if you waiting for it in written documents signed by the king its going to be a long wait, you have beel told multiple times but sting cling to the slither of hope, more chance of meeting Bob hope...

Not the companies fault HL are going you anguish, theres loads of time to get things sorted, open an ii account in an hours and buy more then sell your HL shares its easy really. ii are issuing certificates no problem

@Foor - they made it clear there is greater risk of further sanctions, thats why they want away asap, is they are in Kaz there risk is 0.

get your shares on certs or Tabys, then find a suitable broker.

There maybe be an option for 'sell only' with Woods and Co wait till end of month to find out, no rush atm.

Tabys has a commission on receiving divi.s if your happy to pay then yes its best option. Im not. ATB ND

FF.kz is OK, but bare in mind Freedom Finance Global is listed on the NASDAQ, if any more sanctions are handed out they will enforce them.

Buy them in your trading account now, the price will keep going up then sell your SIPP, thats if you have the funds to do it.

Transfer money from SIPP out if you can if not just buy something else with it.

@Arran - depends on broker interactive investors last say of trading is 6th July or your holdings will be liquidated.

Deadline for request of certificates 30th June

Deadline for digital transfer 25th June

All positions must be settled, i.e not on T10 etc etc and not in ISA or SIPP in YOUR name

Sorry didnt see chique had posted my tgram post below. Anyway we have lots of options now, FF.eu, Tabys and Certificates.

Ive also been told by Poly IR if you go just certs you will be on Kaz registra and after that you can put them to where you ie suitable broker, bare in mine very soon we will also have a POLY K listing coming back to LSE, so the other broker will be for POLY R only.

I may even just keep Poly R in paper form and just take divis on that and play around with POLY K on LSE in my ISA when it comes back. Exciting times!

From Tuesday this week Freedom Finance EU will be allowing UK customer ;-) Takes about 15 minuites to verify with photo ID and address details etc. There are no charges fro dormant accounts either, it also has a PC desktop trading platform and access to the Ukrainian stock exchange. The email reply is very good within hours not days like FF.Kz, its much better option imo.

@matty - i was trying to be helpful, instead of looking for a free lunch try and interact and offer something to the board LSE is not a place to do research or take advice, not that some us mind giving it but those who do also get jumped on and get tired at others just expecting THEM to do the research whilst they sit back with their feet up.

Myself Westy and many many more are on several telegram groups for POLY, everything is explained in great detail with pinned posts and knowledgeable posters. Its been mentioned here many many times and ive mentioned it again, go to telegram and search for 'POLY London' there is a discussion there about ISA etc and you get your question answered quickly, i dont know the answer btw as i hold no POLY in ISA but my feeling is its a no and transfer stock out into your main account. If you dont want to lose tax wrapper sell up, thats my 2ps worth.

Anyone who wants information on the redom please go to telegram group 'POLY London' this group will be closed once redom starts and all information on options can be found there or on Polymetal Investor relations.

@Magic - the point of Tabys is a buffer, so it gives you time to sort out AIX Broker, if you go to paper certificate and want to avoid all this faffing about you will still need to register that certificate with POLYMETAL, in the future you will have to speak with POLY to sell those share on that certificate.

If you go with Tabys, you take a picture of certificate and 'onboarding' which is Identity check and they handle the registering of certificate number with AIX depository.

This gives you time to then find a broker on AIX.

So only really 2 options from the point of view to faffing about about.

1. Direct registration with POLY

2. Or registering with AIX depository either via Tabys or with Broker.

You may not need to have share certificate paper form for Tabys, they said they are about to change this so we may be able to just give them brokers details of holdings and they will handle the rest.

At the end of the day you will end up with shares registered on AIX depository in all cases, even with poly direct.

@Magic - you are still going to need AIX broker that is you want to keep POLY R shares when they spilt, they wont be coming back to London as they are now, only as a POLY K listing, POLY R will remain in Kaz, thats whole point of redom and spilt.

Halyk will accept paper certificates, IR are waiting to hear back from Woods and Co if they will also accept papers certificates.
