@Angerz - no bud, im tech support for last 30 years, they have a problem on web server, they know about it but wont admit it, it will be there again this morning on any stock, you are in queue to get the account online as such so its random on the time frame, its not stock related i know that. Its disgraceful, just go and look at the reviews on trustpilot, i also asked them to cancel a trade put on by mistake and they refused it was a limit order which was a blatant mistake, why would you put a limit sell order on for £2 when the price is £2.16, they executed at 4pm i called first thing in mornign at 745am to get it canceled and they refused. I let all these other issues with closed market go but after this treament im going to town on them. No customer service what so ever and your expected to be guinea pig for their web developers. Ihad same issue again yesterday here was going to sell a portion of IDS at market open, i video'd it luckily and wasnt able to come 'online' with ticket system till aboput 8.06 am, disgraceful to be toild 'you could have sold then' when price had already dropped 10%. Had enough of them now, already sent them a letter before action and will be going to FCA
