There are different rules... It is the shareholders responsibility to tell the company, then I think the company have a few days to RNS it

The timing just seems a bit odd to me, he certainly sold the 30 mil at a good time...

That and maybe dodgy share trading... Look at the 3 RNS this morning....

All due respect BumbleB you are deluded . Ramping or trolling maybe makes a tiny bit of difference, money moves a share price, more pressure on the buy it goes up and on the sell it goes down.

At least PHE are moving forward commercially.... Having said that they have their own issues as often get pointed out there..

Hi Ade, I think consensus is this has a long way to go up but you have done well. Sometimes it's nice to sell a few so you bank some profit and leave the rest to ride on. Then if it drops you don't lose as much and if it keeps going up, which I hope it will you still have the majority of your holding.... Just a thought, not advice. DYOR

I think it will be more to do with W2T paperwork than anything else, as they are not listed. It's really bad though, 4 months now with no update.. wonder what they are doing on a day to day basis..
