I wonder how W2T got that written into the contract? I don't know why HW doesn't just get a job with PHE and dissolve W2T, they can then just focus on the job in hand!

So the fact that the peel deal is reliant on the purchase of W2T (for some obscure reason) isn't important?? Come on they are asleep at the wheel!
