IF I get a reply which is no comment well that could just be the happy news we have been waiting for. If on the other hand I get a flat denial we know it is going to be someone else. This always assuming we don’t have the RNS at 7am. Just a thought anyway and I’ll await the ****ging off that some will give me.

Spikeyj in normal circumstances I might even give the briefest consideration to what you are saying. However, you’re talking about a company that no matter what happens is going to be worth more money than you can shake a stick at. Money talks, and it talks very loud, tell me the chairman of any company that is trying to keep their personnel employed that is going to turn down the chance of a very big payday when EUA sell all/part/or derivation of the two. Please be realistic , this deal is going to make headlines when it happens.

I just sat and read the RNS again for 30 April and indeed it does state,

With immediate effect

Now here’s a question which may have already been addressed and I haven’t seen it amongst some of the s***e. Does it mean that they will not work with the new NOMAD to ensure a smooth transition?

On 11 Feb there was an RNS stating we were suspended to clarify the relationship with CITIC, was that a lie? Of course not otherwise they would have lied to AIM and all investors and someone would have to fall on their sword.

Later in the day there was another RNS stating it was because of social media speculation, was that a lie?, no it wasn’t for the same reasons above.

On 12 Feb we got another RNS stating that Sandersons and Optiva had exercised their options to trade in their warrants for ordinary share. Was this a lie or illegal, no of course it wasn’t for the same reasons above.

On the 9 April we got another RNS;

Stating which part of CITIC it was in discussions with
Stating that the company’s discussions on its projects with potential buyers
Cash and liquidity - how much the company has in the bank, for strategic discussions

Are those a lie, no of course they are not for the same reasons above.

On the 30 April we got another RNS from the company stating that WHI had resigned as NOMAD with immediate effect. The company was in advanced discussions with a new NOMAD. Was that a lie, no it wasn’t for the same reasons above.

So what I would like to know is where is the fraud etc that keeps being bandied about. If you dig deep enough you can find any company has been economical with the truth to ensure it gains an advantage over any given situation. However, fraud, bent directors etc etc I doubt very much indeed.

So here’s what I know, the RNSs are fact and do not contain false statements or lies. If they did AIM would have taken action against EUA. We all like to think that our opinions and views on what is going on are correct, but in reality it is the bod, their legal representatives and those that they are in discussions with that are the ones that are in the know. Any other communication that has come out i.e. email, pictures of trucks count for nothing as they are not a formal RNS.

Do I believe that all of this will come to very good conclusion - YES I do. Anyone who has come onto this bb stating they know what’s going on is talking bs, unless of course they happen to be one of the bod etc.

Bricks, good but quite heavy reading really but I note that it paints quite a black picture for junior miners too it’s a shame that EUZ don’t get selected as on of the juniors under the microscope (so to speak). It would have been quite good to get an outsiders view of EUZ but from the Spanish point of view. I’ll have another little read later and see if anything really noteworthy pops out.
