If it’s anything to do with a Gap why has it effected all the other cruise lines the same.

What is the news today that has hit all the cruise companies?….

So Slim has bought another 1% of Harbour and you would think a big part of his reasons for buying has got to be the Mexican assets.

So how much are they really worth, what can they produce and what will apprasiels bring.

What does he know we don’t?

Do you think Harbour are big enough to keep all the assets or sell on ones ( maybe Germany) which they don’t consider core.

Buy backs will be interesting going forward and may be away to help BASF leave the scene albeit long term.

Never been in a cruise before with nearly all Americans.

Every where you look every few yards is another money making event, scheme or something to buy.

I’m really surprised it’s so quiet here and hardly any comment about the deal.

Looks like it’s a goer and then the great Slexander will do his stuff with the finance.

Not a pretty day out there with all boilers being bashed but these things come around…

I’m most excited about Argentina as there seems to be plenty there and then Mexico which is finally kicking off, at least the FEED.

Love to know the plans of BASF and also what Slim is up to.

Let’s hope your right about them not playing up but they (BASF) seem to have taken a lot of risk and licked in for a while for a company desperate to get out of oil and gas…

Good to finally get a list of who owns what shares.

Also that BASF are locked in for 6 months. They must be very confident of getting over £3.60 to do such a deal so should be good for us…Hopefully they won’t be a problem…

20% of oil being hedged at 78p so rest at market rate which is looking decent.

50% of Gas hedged at 87p which is cracking….

I believe we have about 6$ Billion of debt bring 4.9$ Billion of Bonds and 1.1$ Billion of bridge loan facility.

I’m probably wrong but I make it the combined entity made 1.1$ Billion in 2023.

We have 1.65Billion of debt due to be paid by 2026 and also 910$ Million for the next 2 years.

I’m aware we will probably roll the debt and my figures are likely wrong but what are others thoughts..

Also we had confirmation from an independent company that we paid at the higher end for the assets.

Any thoughts from anyone?..

I’m sure things will all go well I just can’t make sense currently…

I still don’t get the 4.15$ Billion which is equity valued at £3.60 a share.

If I were BASF or Letter One why would I tie my self up in a deal where if the SP Drops to say £2 a share ( unlikely I know) I’m giving my company away on the cheap.

It’s probably me but I just don’t get this set up?..

EIG have nearly 15 million shares…

If the 2.15$ billion being funded through cash flow and debt over a billion has been paid through cash flow…

2 The difference between European gas and Argentina gas is huge.
