Some good post today about our future.

The truth is we have no idea what Shell might do next. Will being Green and renewable as well as shops, chemicals be enough for them.

The financial might of Shell leave them in a great place to do anything they think fits...

Really really bad.

But basically if they were separate where would the money come from to invest in renewables ?

I follow 22 USA Oil companies.

All but 1 are up over 1%.

We are down 5%.

They really didn't like todays results.

Personally Im still adamant it was a great smoke and mirrors performance for COP 26, including the timing of the activist....

They are spot on. From tomorrow we should stop producing all oil and Gas. Im 100% certain its the right thing to do.

With the Green Lovvies and COP26 I would imagine you will have the same medicine as us next week.

It might be short term pain but it would be maddness to declare massive profits at the moment with the eyes of the whole world on you.

Long term both are great companies and will look after the share holders in my opinion.

Just don't expect "blast the doors off " results next week....

I wish I was a genius who could understand where Shell have squirreled their money to.

The had record results in some area but the fairies have been and stolen the goodies (temporarily)

Still I believe the company have played a blinder and not at all worried about the SP today.

The whole of the world is watching COP26 and we are the baddest in the land. But wait....We have significantly improved our Green scope 1 and 2 targets....Well done Shell.....And we are not going around shouting "Loads of money"

I honestly think they have have spent as much time on these creative account "Smoke and Mirrors" as they did on making the money.

How would Shell have looked if they said..."We made shed loads of money and caused loads of pollution.

For me its great results with much much more to come.....If you were selling today..... Not so good.

We are up 1.3% tonight and BP down almost the same,

Quite a big and unusual gap.

I have put in a sell for a small amount tomorrow at £18.50…..

Good luck with that Tom but I think very very unlikely.

If we pass and hold £18 this week would be good and up to 318.50 would be a great week.

Then we have next weeks fun and games and who knows what that will bring.....

Oil playing nicely and now at 86$ a barrel. What a crazy world we live in when just over a year ago oil companies were actually paying people to take oil away.....

Should be a decent week with our results on Thursday and I can easily see the share price going to ...No idea where....

Will there be many cashing out on Thursday and Friday ahead of COP 26. Shell seem to be in the best of both worlds position and Im sure will be waxing lyricially in the background.

We will know shortly......
