So these are the major share holders we can see so far.....

Does anybody know anything about Harbour North Sea Holding. MR VAHID FARZAD is a director as it MR JEAN-DANIEL WALTER BORGEAUD. Apart from that I have no idea who they are. And ofcourse they are registered in the Cayman Islands.....

So the only major share holders I can find are:

A bit worrying that 4 of our directors have no shares in the company and another 2 have between 10-15k shares......In fact I own more shares than 75% of the board.........

We know that EIG are a major shareholder as we still have 2 of their team serving as directors on the board (Henry, Farris)

What we know for certain is that about 6 companies are inter connected and sit on the boards of each other.

We know Harbour Energy are listed in the Cayman Island and their mail address is C/O EIG Management Washington.

So we are a bit in the shadows, a bit light and Grey to say the least........

Any thoughts ?????

So was there 56 million shares traded today.?

It might be that the big volume today was funds from the FT250 selling up to funds in the FT 100.

We will never know but it would be so interesting to see what difference GIC selling a huge amount of shares has had on SP and the difference it will make when they have sold out.

It’s a bit like Share Buy Backs in reverse I guess.

Around page 57 is the debt bit....

£5.90......And they are saying OVERWEIGHT....

On London Stock Exchange its saying ...14,917,391

Is that right ?

For info on 6th May we had an RNS saying they had sold down from 6.2% to 5.9% and they still held 54,538,952 shares.

So if we take away their current holding of 46,183,068 they sold 8,355,884.

In other words the reason for our oversized drop was down to our friends at GIC I believe....

What do you think ??

So on the 8th March GIC (The Northern Trust Company held 12.67% of the company and we had their first RNS stating they had sold down to 11.97% of the company shares and I believe held 110,822,599 shares.

Today we had the latest RNS from GIC (The Northern Trust Company) saying they now held 4.98% of the company shares and 46,183,068......

Please double check my figures.

So what do we make of that apart from obviously we have a way to go yet for GIC to wash through.

Any thoughts ??

On 2nd February our CEO Phil Kirk jumped ship or was thrown over the side....Strangely our Chairman had worked with him for 18 years...

I wonder if that will make any difference on how we are seen and more importantly will they start Buy backs and if so how much ?

Up around 3% but still bloodline disappointing so far today.....

Tomorrow could be the more interesting day............

I don't think I have ever seen such a good update ever and seen the SP actually drop.

It will all come out in the wash and I am very very confident that we will do well....

As always with Harbour/PMO its all very strange.

I was hoping this was all behind us now.....

Cant understand for the life of my why anyone would be selling now..

Oh well perhaps it will settle better tomorrow..."Theres always tomorrow".....LOL

What an update.

Production higher than estimate although planned shut down will drop it a bit.

Still very likely to hit 210-215 total production throughout the year.

Both major projects moving forward with possible FIDs next year.

Tolmont online and getting up to full speed.

To be fair yesterday was a massacre for most oilers and USA ones went down between 10-15% so may be we got off lucky.

Give the fact that market have settled today I didn't see any reason why Harbour should go down especially given the FT 100 news last night. Did you ???....Help me here......

Tomorrow.....Well based on SP behaviour, it could be a nothing day with average this and that but based on known facts it should be good....
