Any reason why you don't sell up? Did you invest to much? How long is your time frame?

Based on what you said there we could easily be debt free by end of 2022.

However it is very unusual for a company to pay off debt completely so I can't see them doing that.

Surely they will look to grow the company and go on a bit of a spending spree.

There are loads of fields for sale in the North Sea but its not an ideal time to buy.....

They are still selling by the look of it….

It was based on them paying down 200$ million of debt per month.

These are the recent RNS we have received from CIG.

They now hold 46,183,068 shares. That’s 4.985 of shares.

When they sold down to 11.97% they held 110,822,599 shares

So from 8th March until 5th May they have sold down 64,639,531.

That approx 39 trading days so divded that by 64,639,531 and they have been selling down roughly 1,657,423 shares per day.

Why am I mentioning this….No idea…..

I did say since we were in the FT 100.

I know we are down wagon loads in the lead up to that and think Im down roughly the same as you are.

Lets hope we keep our 100% record in tact tomorrow. No reason why not based on current gas and oil prices tonight....

Hopefully the smoke and mirrors will finish soon and we will trade like any normal cash machine type oiler.....

We have risen everyday we have been in the FT 100. Can we do the hat trick tomorrow.

Not blowing the lights out but much rather have a low and steady rise.

Can you really still talk about the old money.

Especially give the fact that this new company has many many new assets, management, debt, etc etc which PMO didn't have.

Don't get me wrong I had a hammering from PMO as well but got out a little while before the end.

For me this is a new company which I have bought a consider about of shares in as I believe in their prospects and think it is very undervalued.

Time will tell....

I contact Harbour Investor relations a couple of hours ago and here is the reply they have sent me. I must say very prompt and professional....

I didn't realise we had 2 more Mexico wells being drilled this year.

"As you note, we are in still in Block 7 where we hold 12.39% (non-operated) in the Zama unit, following the conclusion of the unitisation process in March. The Zama Unit partners are now working to finalise a unit development plan ahead of a possible final investment decision in 2023.

We also have a 30% non-operated interest in Block 30, which is located directly to the south west of Zama / Block 7, where we have two commitment wells this year targeting prospects, Kan and Ix.

In 2021, we took the decision to exit Blocks 11 and 13 in the Burgos Basin offshore Mexico. This is in line with our exploration strategy, which is focused largely on infrastructure led, lower risk opportunities in areas where we have an existing producing presence."

Harbour has several international pre-development projects which together could add materially to future production. In Mexico, the Zama project continues to progress. unitisation process concluded in March with the Mexican regulatory authority SENER issuing the unitisation resolution. The Zama Unit partners are now working to finalise a unit development plan ahead of a possible final investment decision in 2023.

We have a 30 percent non-operated interest in Block 30, which is located directly to the south of the Zama field in the Sureste Basin. Two prospects, Wahoo and Pike, are targeted for drilling in 2022.

Looks like Zama could be dragged out with Pemex struggling for cash and the push for mxici to run everything. Personally i wouldnt be to confident in FID in 2023 but you never know, oil prices this high tends to focus minds....

Our first day in the FT 100 ended in positive territory even though it was only just.

Volume looks like less than three million so its doesn't look if anyone is buying much yet....

We may get an RNS showing further drop in holding of GIC based on previous days volumes, who knows....

Every day we make approx 7,000,000 dollars..Crazy money. And now even more with Tolmont kicking off.

Heres to a good week next week, We deserve it......

Morning all, threw this together on another board for someone looking for another oil investment, any thoughts / corrections?

Harbour Energy look a steady climber from here unless you've changed to a get rich quick strategy? :-) Market Cap £4.2b at £4.57 Production forecast 195-210k bopd 2022 Currently 215k bopd Oil 117 bopd Gas 98k bopd

Divi just under 17p 3.7% The interesting part, debt reduced by $600m in 1st quarter to $1.7B. Not the full picture as capex only $160m when full year $1.3B and $200m for dividend but on track I'd say to knock it down from $2.3B to $800m at year end. A £1.2B reduction with healthy capex. Now the very interesting part, hedging knocked oil price received down from $103 to $84 and gas got wacked down from $166 to $66!! That's worth more than one explanation mark.

2023 hedges for gas are slightly lower (about 2m barrels equivalent) whilst oil hedges are 11.5m lower so about $650m more at today's prices. Final hedges in 2024 are about third of 2022's total. Other than the talk of windfall taxes, it's hard not to go overweight on this Premier investment.
