RE: VAST7 Jul 2023 17:28
I see TW and Share Prophets have had a big laugh at Vasts and our expense today..
The elephant has finally been addressed.. underhanded in my opinion as the extra headroom was supposed to show our creditors that they could get paid in worst case scenario..
AP was very coy in his latest interview, but I found it all a little fake as the question of needing funds was never asked or addressed..
Disappointed with the last 3 or 4 weeks is an understatement, in fact there are.no guarantees that Vast won't need to hold out the bowl again for even more cash as diamonds could and probably would be way off, even next year!
So we come to Baita, with 'Break Even' being achieved in June... is this for just June, Q2 or H1..? Nobody knows.. again only a snippet of information given that people need to attempt to extrapolate a course trajectory with! The production report should give us a more in depth analysis, but for me costs and sale prices (concentrate, gold, silver moly etc) are still bouncing around far too much so would take this 'Break Even' with a pinch of salt at the moment.
Unfortunately thr company maker as AP puts it, would come doen to receiving the historical parcel within the nect few weeks and being able to sell through achieving a clear debt sheet, and thus starting again as a company, if this can be achieved reasonably quickly (AP mentioned a month late...?) then 1p is certainly achievable (mcap roughlyΒ£40 million), anymore than this is pure fairytale until monies start to arrive from a profitable Baita plai and Tajik revenues achieved from attaining an export license.
Q4 would be my favourite for things to begin to happen..
As for the doombusters on here today, spouting bankrupt or going back to 0.2 then short it! Imo it would only drop back Down there if diamonds are gone, as vast then would have no way to repay their debts without a massive dilution..
