Great workings as per norm, always a valued opinion here.. ref Aprelevka - doesn't the loan (interest free) have to be repaid first before Vast begins to receive any monies.. and since we don't know how much the loan is, we can't extrapolate when it will be paid off in full back to lender..?

Whatever their agenda is, I can't see much positive atm... production figures seemingly held back, and a likely raise of some sort on the horizon..

Can anyone shone some light on this rns, as it sounds a little dire.. this month and next to find the funds to pay off Alpha..? Chances are slim I'm afraid,.we all knew at some point Alpha would have enough with these extensions and.want their money... alphas problem is realising the estate secured against their loan in short term... I'm guessing they will issue a winding up order in the courts in an attempt to get their hands on the asset..?

Have any of you 'newbies' even looked up what Vast actually mine, how many mines they have, how much royalties they are both due and realise from their duties in Tajik including the Aprelevka mine..?

Diamonds are not looking good, and Vasylt needs to bring a solution to the table to solve the Alpha riddle.. and quickly..

The mid to longer term looks brighter, especially at Baita, and although this mine is due to break even or better in either Q4 2023 or Q1 2024, the Company itself still needs money for ts corporate obligations and servicing the alpha debt to name but a couple..

Do your research,.ride the waves and get out before being spiked, then trade lower.. and wait.. not for diamonds, but for Vast to prove up the behemoth that is Baita.. then let's see the price per share..

Ornamental, have a look at more then just 'that' rns as vast have also stated that funds will be needed to both keep the lights on and with alpha debt looming.

Why is it over here...? Please out some factual information such as proof of delisting from s/e or proof of administration..? I think you will find none, this is just scaremongering at its best... yes, we have a 'technical default' of alpha debt, but, as Vast rns weeks ago, they are in talks to extend.. and imo no doubt they will, with some costs, but we then move onto Q1 and await Q4 updates with baited breathe..

LL the monthly turnover is highly dependent on DMT shipped, as has been previously worked out, sales of $300k per month would be a rough break even target - thus $900k per qtr, which is very doable in Q4 and Q1 2024 with existing inventories and production ramping..

Imo break even is the absolute minimum that should be achieved Q4 2023, but I believe that Vast will have higher goals now Mercuria will have to be paid out of each shipment as well, so a technical profit achieved in Q4.. maybe, with a surplus in Q1 2024.. this has to be achievable to keep things going with negotiations on alpha debt not yet arranged, interesting times ahead, with a lot of incoming plays to come

.. am tired of looking at advfn and the rubbish being spouted over there about using sales and costs from before Baita ramp up and machinery increase..

The costs have been drastically lowered at Baita (circa $300k per month) due to inputting machinery which allows more churn for less money and most of the expats are now off the books, allowing for lower wage costs, blah blah..

So, on to Tajikistan.. Read the rns, and you could roughly guess how much Vast are or will get per shipment..

I now not only see Baita breaking even in Q4, but Vast breaking even in Q1, or indeed H1 2024...

Questions- Alpha and funding, Molybdenum earnings, Aprelevka Mine earnings, Tajikistan earnings and again diamonds put to bed..?

A lot of positives being weighed down by one large negative.. short term funding.

Copper spot prices on the increase, should assist Vast (unless price Has been pre-agreed by Mercuria) -looking increasingly likely at least break even Q4 at Baita.

Vast have only asked for £1.1million in additional share funds, so Alpha debt again looks likely to be rolled into the new year..

Positives are BIta profitable Q1 2024, tajik funds being increasingly lucrative in H1 2024, plus Aprelevka news on increased productivity... and dare I say it.... Diamonds - this week and probably the rest of 2023 will test my resolve on wether I'll sell out or increase once again.. need to see some good news before dilution..

.. this is becoming disastrous, not to mention soul destroying for holders, has a fair way to.jump for me to get back to break even now..

With all the selling occurring, and it is selling, it looks something more than just the debt rollover from Alpha without any word.. placing..?

Surely no one actually believed this rubbish.. whoever spreads it normally disappears like a fart in the wind.. 🤔

Gizab, I hope the AP is working through the logistics of having to sell the ever increasing balances of conc and finding ways to decrease the costs of production and bringing Baita into profit... doubling the dry tonnage sold should go a long way, if not all the way to bringing the company to break even or better..

Aprelevka looks very interesting as well, but longer term imo

Avoid diamonds, just like Vast are doing at the moment.. they have already played a key role in allowing Vast to raise at much higher prices to push forward the plans at Baita

So Q4 break even, or slightly better (mercuria payments) and then Q1 profitable... 🤔
