I just think they will not bother and instead pay the commission/royality etc...

I guess NOT BUYING the company is a good hedge because in a fast moving world, in a year or two another firm might come up with a new killer product in gredient.

All I was trying to say, they are under pressure to INCREASE PROFITS in the SHORT TERM.. Buying a business could knock that... Their cash balance is about £200M so they could use that but it will take about 50% of that money. I dont know its possible they will buy SBTX but if they think SHORT/MEDIUM term I still sticking to my original idea that they will just give SBTX commission.

I know nearly all of you seem to disagree and think I'm an idiot - perhaps I am - but I'm sticking with my view. NO SALE but LYSATE SALES GOOD and SBTX get a GOOD COMMISSION.

They will take the short/medium term solution of paying SBTX a percentage

of sales of the Lysate.... It saves them money SHORT term...

I guess SBTX might be bought for £90M (roughly double its current market cap).... The problem is could croda afford it? That £90M would be 50% of Croda's annual profit gone for a relatively small percentage of the business.

Its more likely they will give 10% of the lysate sales income (or so) to SBTX as a thank you for inventing it.. Its way more money in the long run but in the short and medium term its far less..

WIILG: Are you saying the Chinese have stolen our Lysate or our your saying they are using it under licence?

Gut feeling is the shorters are bluffing....

The CURRENT ASSETS (cash and stock) is miles significantly bigger than the market cap. This cant go on without it breaking out..

Its simple maths:

Total Liabilities £113M

NAV: £269M

(Most of those assets are CURRENT Assets so this is a net-net stock).

When ITM proves it can at least break even, the share price will

double.

Its a no brainer. We're getting the company for LESS than nothing.

They are paying us to have the shares. 😀
