Oleric , I'm not sure advertising standards will let them say "clinically proven" if they cant prove it so I expect they will publish some of the data. Obviously they would not bother giving SBTX anything if it does not work 😀....

It clearly works - I think what is missing is the relative efficacy compared to other ingredients.

Main take-away from the presentation:

It will take EIGHT YEARS for a competitor to catch up with SBTX/Croda product...

There does not appear to be a clue in the WRITTEN summary of the webinar - see PDF:

But it might give some tantalizing clues

as to what Croda hope for the SBTX product.

Do we know if the clinical trials data is publicly published anywhere? Or are they waiting for the launch in April 8th... They cant say "clinically proven" if they cant prove it..

There can be two definitions of payment and also another of implied payment

1. When the cheque is in your hand (or virtual hand in the internet age).

2. When the cheque has cleared by the bank

(implied payment): If you know CRODA have sold X before 1st Jan then you know you will get Y ....

If he did not say it would be in the accounts (cleared by the bank) that is fine... Possibly the NDA does not allow SBTX to bank the virtual cheque until after the 2nd Jan so money appears after the launch not before.

Look open your eyes....

In the Interims SBTX mention CRODA 22 times.

They will report after the show ends..

Clearly they are pinning everything on CRODA (more or less)...

They even have put a CRODA man on the board...

The CRODA deal is like an AIM oil company finding oil and selling it to BP.

I have never in my 20 years of investing ever seen so many investing moaning when their

chosen company has landed the BIG ONE...

Normally everyone says "we're all going to be millionaires"....

This is going to fly. The deal is great.

The only thing that can go wrong is if Cosmetic companies dont like the product.

The results are excellent....

Implication is millions coming from CRODA pretty soon (to meet second half expectations).

This has all the ear marks of exploding..

I suspect this will finish blue by finish..

Obviously an institutional buyer will buy the whole lot from OPTI if SBTX get X millions a year in royalties for X years... that cash stream speaks of a potential ARM stock - not in chips but in cosmetics.

If you look at the summary there is a "reasonable" statistical chance that about 30% of CRODA's cosmetic future is tied up with the SBTX "WHITE" ingredient.

That is a huge percentage.
