R55DRG: If it was a simple as you suggest the price would fall but in fact its pretty stable (within a range).... So the obvious answer is some big buys and sells going on that are getting matched for set prices... Once the big deals are out of the way we probably will see further RNS's and the share price will be on its merry way (either up or down - I suggest "up" because obviously I would not hold otherwise 😀😀 - and you must think likewise - one would assume - otherwise you would not be holding either - but perhaps you have a variation on the same theme where they are all sells )

R55DRG: You are clearly wrong as its not really possible to say what were buys or sells. We can probably say very large trades are happening in the background. No doubt when that is all done and dusted (hopefully soon) the share price should start to rise (or fall) in the normal way..... But judging by ZENAKINE and over 10% in royalties - I'd say the something is soon going to blow the ruddy doors off (Michael Caine Like )

Its "official" Zenakine is going to make us shed loads of money... It really does look like its a cracker..

ErlendM I feel your post was a tad egocentric thinking the posts are aimed at one person... Anyway, there isn't a problem, just set the poster to filter and everything is fine. We just have to scroll past a few green posts. There really isn't an issue.

The problem is ADVFN where the poster hacked the system a while back and created endless userIds and ADVFN dont seem to want to sort it out (it is to their financial advantage if people upgrade to premium anyway)....

Because there currently have been no new RNS we can be pretty certain whatever is said in the presentation will not be some NEW news that is price sensitive. They might say something that is OLD NEWS in a deferent way that might affect the price. Either way it should be interesting....

I wonder if he will mention a date when the broker note will be released?

On balance a few more souls are buying then selling today (so far) on the bet that tomorrow's presentation will be positive and/or that the broker report (due around about now) will also be quite good and/or the actual real figures in the update at the end of July will be good.... All in all its a relatively good gamble... Not a certainty but on the whole probably a better gamble than most AIM shares ...

Superdrug questions?

Obviously any "takeover" type discussions with Croda will have a barring on the Superdrug deal so it seams right that we should have some questions around Croda/Zenakine/Clarity - AIM Rules etc......

Or are the only allowable questions going to be directly related to Superdrug...... No indirect questions allowed?

Shychap: I did not say it would be accepted I just said I would expect Croda to make the offer.... If a deal cant be done on the Zenakine IP, I would expect a low ball offer for the whole company- perhaps about £50M or about 22p a share - I suspect CRODA might have reasonable chance that 50% of shareholders would agree to about 25p to 30p takeover if the board said "YES" as so many have bought shares so much lower than this... But it would be an appalling rate of return for a HIGH RISK investment...

Thecontender: The more I think about it, the less likely it will be a takeover (I'm guessing Croda dont want the rest of the business)... So they will make a low ball offer to buy just Zenakine IP ...... Perhaps as low as £10m.....
