Yes high tin prices has helped, what AV needs to do is deliver that New Jig and the Greater Tin ore, though the latter wasn't really ATM fault.

I do think the court case will go in our favour, though as pointed out earlier by a poster, it could come sooner. However, an out of court agreement would need to be reached.

IMHO, this RNS has changed my mind, than where I was with ATM in September about things.

I said previously that meaningful RNS's will only sway me to re add to my large holding, than AV tweets.

I think we can say SQM mean business with this latest update, I shall be buying when I can.

The things is with SQM, as they are a major their work is hell of a lot expedited than others. It could be sooner, than we think!

It depends upon the assay results how any offer will be achieved.

I have been in here 4 years now, I came in with a 5 year plan, some LTH's have been in longer.

It sadly sounds like that the new jig is some months away.

I believe we shall get access rights to Goantagab, but won't be this side of May. I agree it re rates if successful there, buying it is a no brainer.

The new jig commissioning finished, probably this will be around end of March / April.

After that, hopefully the Goantagab court case will go in our favour.

IMHO, I feel we'll win it, I expect this to be finalised in May.

The summer IMHO, here will look vey different positively if Tin prices remain high.

Yes, today is good news, (though the market doesn't think so), but realistically this news is for late 2026 & 2027.

I would like to see next set of news including the new jig and something from SQM, to capture the latest Tin prices and market, ready to hit the ground running when that hedge expires in May.
