...and yet here we are 5 months on, with new equipment purchased, Goddards debt managed and a very nearly completed plant.

I bought a few more million shares this morning.

My main driver for doing so is GH's ability and track records to sucessfully run mining companies and large scale mining projects.

When Graham Hill was appointed as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Adriatic Metals in April 2019, the company's market capitalization was approximately A$150 million to A$230 million (Australian dollars), converted to USD that equates to between $107million and $165 million.

In 2025, prior to GH join PREM, Adriatic Metals was sold to Dundee Precious Metals for $1.3 Billion USD

Imagine what he can do when Zulu starts producing and financing opens up for expansion and other projects.

I'll take the value of the most recent share issue (0.0136p), because historic issue prices are less relevant.

There will be 32,720,879,908 shares in issue. If you were to multiply that number by the latest issue price in pence (0.0136p) and divide by 100, to give you the price in £GBP, you'll see a figure of £4,450,040 as the market cap that GH just valued PREM at.

I'm keen to know how you worked out a sub £2 million valuation, when an issue of 7,352,941,176 shares just raised £1 million.

Just a few weeks ago, Jaglith was telling us all that there are thousands of lithium companies world wide. The actual figure is closer to 40. Not 40 thousand, 40. :o)

Jaglith knows how to lose money, and how to spend half his waking hours running the company down, so he's not the only loser. Sad.

If you wait until all the risk factors are removed and there is certainty of production, you won't be paying anywhere close to these prices.

Everyone has their own appetite for risk, but clearly yours it not with high risk mining projects.

Good luck trying to get 0.013 again. IMO that was the bottom and we're in a news cycle awaing progress on the plant and funding.

I'm a long-term holder, and have been buying on the way down and at the bottom, to reduce my average. I'm very confident of getting my full money back, and a decent return.

I don't blame Acker, Snowking etc for making my investment choices. I'm a grown up, and take accountability for my own mistakes.

I blame the likes of Jaglith, Martinigirl, raaydar etc who are relentlessly negative, and have crashed the share price to a point where is incredibily difficult / dilutive to raise funds. It would not have taken an additional 3 years to get to this point if we'd had the money available to upgrade the plant.

Having said that, I've used it an an opportunity to massively increase my shareholding, so no real hard feelings, as long as PREM gets into production.

Clueless, last I checked, we have 20.1 million tonnes of ore, with an average of 1.06% of lithium oxide.

I don't know about your maths, but in my book, that's more than none.

I for one very much apperciate Ackers input, research and disclosures about his trading position. His knowledge of PREM is probably second to none, and that's from someone who's followed PREM's chat board for around 7-8 years now.

Kaltersee, LOYAL shareholders have been buying on the way down, and at the bottom.

We're the ones that have kept the project afloat, and the ones that will be rewarded for our patience.

Less than 1000% for me to break even, and very confident we'll see that return before the year is out.

The share price is around 1/50th of it's peak, not 1/10th and I expect to see at least 0.25p before year end.
