Premier African Minerals Limited ("Premier" or the "Company") is pleased to confirm that following completion of the interim funding as announced on 25 April 2025 the Company has now instructed commencement of civils for the additional float plant and has confirmed the orders for the inserts to the existing cleaner cells.

Work will commence at Zulu Lithium and Tantalum Project ("Zulu") in the coming week, and Premier expects delivery and commissioning of the inserts during June 2025 and final installation of the additional spodumene circuit in Q3 2025."

If I say someone holds no shares, it's a FACT, if they have sold ALL of they shares, regarless if they held 1, or 500 million in the past. I don't think you seem to understand what a FACT is.

Everyone is free to express their opinion, sure, but if you re-state that opinion multiple time a week, for 18 months, it's de-remaping, no matter what way you look at it, and it's a FACT that de-reamping plays a major part in killing share value.

The reason there is no progress here recently is due to lack of share value, and hence the inability to raise funds and progress the project to completion. Sentiment killers are company killers.

The 'penalties' have only ever been amounts come due on the original pre-payment, like scheduled repayments. They are NOT additional amounts owed. They never have been.

The outstanding debt with accrued interest is circa 50-60m, not 81.

There is no pre-arranged date to pay back GR's loan, so how are PREM in default for a date that doesn't exist?

Personally I think he should write off the loan, as a gift to shareholders, as a token of acknowledging the reasons for the share price tanking.

that's bull**** jaglith. it suits your short positioon to spread negative lies, but there is no reason or evidence to believe the plant is not being run and optimised, as per previous rns's. we have already been told the plant is capable of producing sc6, just not yet in any meaningful quantities.

Don't trust anyone who posts under multiple aliases, insists that they only hold one share, then spend half their life telling everyone how awful the comapny is and how it must being going bust in the next five minutes, for reasons X, Y, Z.

That was discussed at the AGM. Samples are back and grades exceed 4%, but the buyer is only interested in >1000 tonnes, so the 350 tonnes will just be stockpiled for now.

We all know you are here for alterior motives. You seem to revel in the company's demise. Why does someone who holds one share spend so much of their time to ensure that the company's fate is sealed?

1) Non-payment to China Zenith... check todays RNS

2) Lack of capital raise... also see today's RNS.

3) "Canmax have no interest in supporting the Zulu project any more". Canmax could have called in their debt over a year ago, and forced PREM's hand. The FACT that they have deferred payments to them for month after month speaks volumes as to their need for spodumene, and of their leniency towards PREM.
