I like the concept ‘centre of excellence’ and there has to be a reason for making the video, why go to the effort? It shows aspiration, would like to think that something is being achieved.

Let's hope that the new CCO has something to offer, interesting to note, that earlier Maria Watters had been placed upon the website within the Senior Leadership Team, although having just checked she's now gone. Possible RNS in the pipeline announcing her appointment, website glitch, or she's already moved on?!
