The spread always made it untradeable, admittedly thank god.

We need a morning of sells to bring this down to 0.22/23p to buy and a 10% advertised spread( actual about 4 or 5%) I'll take 2 grand myself for a start and It will attract loads of new interest and put us back o to the mid 0.30s

All sells today including 1 of 0.2255p and they want 0.27p [17% spread] they are doing F CUK all to help

MMS may have finished this off for any spike actually.

I was offered 0.259p before.. a few SELLS after including 1 @.0.23p by looks of it they NOW want 0.27p to buy!! So a big 15% loss straight away when you buy!!!

Another 2 weeks left mate.

Spread gone to 50% advertised which doesn't help anything.

I still feel this has 1 more spike in it

I understand your frustration sprout, I'm not in here at the moment but I have been and with other shares it does get frustrating and my patience is horrendous.. not good for investing which is why I 90% day trade.

I hope you don't regret your decision or you can buy back at a much lower price in a few weeks.

Everyone seems to be saying they knew this was coming.. if this is true why didn't everyone sell at 1.90p and buy back today at 1.27p.. surly that doesn't need Warren Buffet to tell you that would have made sense!

I'd want to see this kind of information from an official RNS before I take anything anonymous posters state on an LSE board!

To have an update in the form of an RNS would be totally acceptable after the amount of time this has been suspended.

Finally making 20% profit for a few hours work on a couple of grand is brilliant when you do pick the correct distressed share. I've made 100% plus a few times.

I have for sometime now followed all these distressed shares that are about to go bankrupt/delist etc and if the spread is low enough (this one was ridiculous, and could never be traded) people will have a gamble.

They don't gamble because they believe the company will come good, its already over, they gamble in the hope someone else will gamble then another and another and you can make an easy 20%.

The key points are;

1] Study the latest RNS and follow them carfully

2]Buy at the year low( it's hard to get it right but if you do you know no-one before you has a lower price

3] don't get greedy. Take a good 20% profit

4] be very mindful of the spread. And watch it over a few days if it stays around 33 - 66% forget about it.

5] keep an eye on the volume.. Big volume early in the morning compared to a company average means it could be a good spike

If there is a half decent RNS before the end of the company these shares, like MEAL, ITS, Moorses Club and more recognisable names like Amigo and Cineworld can make you good money.

Finally I'll add as more and more of these distressed shares have these 100:% spikes more people notice and they get involved in the next gamble, thus adding more chance of a spike as more people get involved.

It's basically a pyramid scheme/gamble and Warren Buffet would have a heart attack at this kind of behaviour but if your savvy enough you can do OK.

Yes I get what you are saying BUT from me being offered 0.27p for a grands worth to someone buying basically a grand that person paid nearly 10% more and there was no trades, either buys or sells in-between and thr spread stayed around 12% all day!

I've not seen that before. If sometime bought a grand or even 500 quid at 0.27p the it was 0.30p to buy I'd think it a steep rise but more understandable.

Then again thinking as in typing, maybe there were a few trades that were not published!!

That was another stange one again today!

Nearly 0.30p paid for 900 quids worth but when I checked about 12pm I could have got a grand for 0.27p and no other buys came in but they paid 0.297p

I don't understand this one at the moment.

They aren't even an AIM company I don't think and the way the share holders were treated was as bad as here
