I've followed the share for a while and it's sad how ot has come to this.

It 100% sounds like it's over and the way the RNS is written is horrendous.

OEM B, and the Company has been informed that an announcement on a supplier nomination* may be made in the very immediate future. Upon nomination the Company will immediately review its funding options.

Look at that bit a nomination MAYBE made in the VERY IMMEDIATE FUTURE. What's that even mean.. how can it MAYBE be made.. its a decision on who gets a contract in a final round voting.

How ever you look at this its not good and I'd genuinely be amazed and delighted for the few holders on this board of this ever comes out of suspension

I know if I was rich I'd buy this company myself as its definitely an omen that when I buy it spikes ha

I wish wish that happened to all the stocks I buy! Normally they go the other way!

OK then this is literally madness to be buying as that suspension RNS [which 100% will happen IMO] could land any time and I'd expect tomorrow.

Don't forget like Mccolls these suspension RNS can land at anytime during the day and not just 7am

I'm guessing the RNS will land tomorrow to say administrators have been appointed for the UK side of things and then this will suspend 7.30am Monday if they are true to their RNS.

Normally its instant suspension but they did state it would be next day [ let's hope these sneaky f cuks didn't mean suspension Saturday] nothing would suprise me the way this has been handled.

I bought 1400 quid worth and I thought that would shoot the buy price up a few % as volume so thin but it actually only went up 1%

Its 0.28p to buy now so let's see if we can get a few more at this level.

Yes mate I bought 2.3k in 2 hits... it saved me about 170 quid technically as to buy in 1 go it quoted 0.289p and I got in at 0.275p average

Worth a go at this level and we will see.

If absolutely no news before court date I'll sell and take the I imagine 300/400 loss BUT if a good RNS lands I'm hoping for at least 70% profit

There was a massive 250k sale @ 5p which I am hoping they wanted to fill and now i should at least do 20% here I'm hoping at which point I'll probably take the quick 500 profit

Being realistic here and I don't care either way so not here to deramp but the next RNS will be the administration one and then if they are true to their word it will suspend next day.

If there not true to their word and would you really trust them?? It will suspend instantly.

As that sale was a buy and @ 0.2675 and a sale went through later at 0.25p dead it means the spread is now basically 7% and advertised as 12%

I will look tomorrow as that is much more acceptable and I don't expect it to rise as they need to encourage some sales and they seem to have realised

At that price and that amount its well worth it mate and never too late as this one maye well have a few more surprises.

Just read the last couple of RNSs is my advice so you understand the gamble when they go to court or you may get caught out... especially take note of the court date as the day before could be the last trading day to sell if the court votes in favour of liquidation.

It's a tricky 1 this share and with no more news it may stay stagnant BUT 1 positive RNS and I'd expect you to double your money minimum.

I think Jimmy chats a load of garbage with his quotes of 30k etc and he makes out as if he knows everything about RTOs and the law etc.. while I genuinely don't think he has a clue!

I don't either but don't pretend to.

I simply use my experience of how these distressed shares play out and I do take the RNS a company puts out seriously and you can read into exactly what will be the next move, sometimes with what they don't lnclude in them as much as what they do include.

It worked well for me with MEAL especially and here too.

ANYWAY HAHA HE ACTUALLY MADE a very good point as regards the court case and the judge throwing out the case.

I believe its a big possibility too as they have gone twice to the share holders [technically the owners) and we said NO twice.

They are going to have to prove their case to a judge and in my experience of the NOMAD who I was emailing before the last vote if you remember they are

all lazy and don't seem to have a clue.

I think the judge may say no unless they turn up with hot shot lawyers.

I don't think there will be am RTO or another TR1 personally [but it wouldn't amaze me if a TR1 did land either]

I think the best hope is for a RNS to state the court date has been cancelled or postponed or even changed.

This seems to give this share a 100% spike.

While I do think it could be thrown out by a judge.. if its accepted while it's suspended that morning then my understanding is it won't trade again and its money lost.

This is the big dilemma mate.

Cineworld had said it will appoint administrators and the NEXT day it will suspend.

That's unique to do that but it makes the gamble less risky.

A good example below of how tough it is when they keep the spread so high and it puts buyers off

A buy @ 3.36pm 100k shares at 1.79p cost £1790

A sell @ 4.28pm [52 mins later] for same 100k amount at 1.40p only got back £1400

Hopefully not the same person but £390 lost in 52 minutes when the spread is 33.3% .

This one is a big gamble as they have said they need to raise and its 1.40p only to sell!!

I hope you are correct but the way this is heading how will a raise be done for 3p when you can but on the open market for less than 2p and they are clearly in trouble.

Surly it's going to be 1p raise?

I can't believe how badly these AIM companies are managed and how the CEOs and CFOs stay out of prison quite honestly

Genuinely good luck here and let's hope there is a placing at a decent price and it climbs back over next 12 months
