The company wasn't suspended for 9 months

The company wasn't still suspended AFTER filing the results.

The company can't or won't explain WHY the suspension is still in place.

Has everyone read the 15th June RNS from top to bottom.

I've just read it fully for the first time and re read a few lines and it's sketchy to say the least.

Below is the statement AFTER the results have been filed.

This maybe standard small print but I've not seem a statement like this to accompany the results and could give an indication of why the FCA haven't released the suspension.

Look at all the blue at 1.65p it was at best 1.63p to sell at the time so they are definitely buys.

Never seen so much blue and its dropping

I didn't expect a full commentary on DKE but just some general feedback regarding suspension times once a company has filed results.

The BOD here need to hold their heads in shame at this lack of communication and transparency.

Something clearly is wrong but if PIs new what it was and that it can eventually be resolved them minds will be put at ease.

Had to have a few more at 1.64p but that's it.

Ave now of 172p

Seems strange how many buys there are but it keeps dropping.

Sounds a fair analysis Michael.

They probably won't comment on DKE personally but they can give a general idea of scenarios for why this company has not been re listed.

There will be a grey area I'm sure with whatever they feedback to you but it may shine some light on .MAYBE why a share files all outstanding accounts and still stays suspended

1.80p is a good buy in for sure.

Its holding at 1.80p, which I'm suprised with all the blue around 1.75p onwards

Many many shares suspend because of accounts not being released on time [always amazes me how a 500k MC business can't get them on time] but it happens.

It's so unusual though that once they are released for suspension not to be lifted.

RevB didn't immediately but that was communicated with by the BOD fairly well and of course it trading again now.

I managed finally to get 3k at 1.80p

Seems ridiculously low and all it needs is an update on the Mircosoft deal and this will be back well over 3p

Again I'd personally ask the FCA the simple question.

The accounts were delayed so we were suspended.

They have now been released!

What possible reasons can there be for the suspension not to be lifted and what is the most common explanation .

OK there maybe 10 different reasons but it will give you all an idea .

Shareholders do own the company technically so I don't see why more information can't be released.

Michael you are doing a great job and i can see how you don't want to keep badgering them BUT as a major shareholder you definitely have some sway

Is it worth asking about timescales for suspension and whether there is anything you can do a a major shareholder?

I would have thought you would have some authority to certain sensitive information perhaps as you own a large %

Of course you could not then disclose that on a chat board but it may put your mind at rest.

Surly there can't be an unlimited time for a suspension on the grounds of accounts not being delivered?

I'm not having a dig at you personally at all.

I am just trying to state that these boards are full of false people and false statements.

For what it is worth I think you are genuine.

I don't like seeing anyone lose money and it's not nice the way these companies treat shareholders.

I genuinely hope this turns out well for you all who hold here.

Has anyone tried to contact the FCA themselves?

I've emailed them before regarding 2 different companies and they were helpful. Which was a big suprise.

The advice they give won't be directly to do with the DKE situation but it will give you all a general idea of timescales and they may also explain possible scenarios that could occur.

Another AiM scam by the sounds of it from the RNS released last week to now!

I'd expect this to drop back to 3.30p area and hold thee until more info is released about the raise.
