I thought early July too but I think they have to give the usual notice period.

Defo not buying there yet.. as I say maybe 0.065p and a smaller spread. Still a big gamble, and less volume by money there too.

I bet they have some skeletons in the accounts here mate and they want this finished with.

Problem is when these go to court the judge does often back creditors and shareholders are left out!

CINE takes some real balls and it's a massive gamble as they have released an RNS stating early July it will suspend and delist next day.

I don't see how that will change personally.

I don't know if there will be another update here.

Even 1 stating a change if date to say 26th August will spike this 70%

Buy @ 2.14p and sell @1.70p

Ridiculous spread when they have clearly stated they need to raise.

This may get pumped to 3p to then allow a raise.

I can't genuinely see them getting a raise at more than 1p at the monent with the current market conditions and every AIM company seemingly needing to do a raise!

As a company and an investment... much like here it's dead in the water... but for one of those spikes we all love its possible.

But as you correctly state you are risking it when the spread is so big.

The buys last Friday justified that there was 1 last dead cat bounce and you could buy at 0.145p and sell at 0.20p for a nice 40% day trade...before this share probably dies a death and won't come out of suspension.

I could be totally wrong but when a share drops so badly.. it dropped near 90% with the raise in December at 1p and you could buy Friday, 85% cheaper than that 1p.. it doesn't look good however anyone wants to be positive.

The last RNS they released was written so badly it sounded like the end to me!

I hope for anyone holding I'm wrong!

It's now 0.0758p to buy but the spread is horrendous.

The sell price dropped 30% with 2 700 quid sells. Shows how tight these distressed turd shares are and how you can make or lose big depending on buy in SP!

Spread as i say is rubbish. Advertised as 60% and its about 28% actual. It was down to 20% so could change.

Will be interesting when the delisting date is released as I think it will drop again AND then maybe worth a punt for 1 of those spikes if you can get in around 0.065p or lower.

They always drop on delisting date given even though we know its happening so I expect it to rise after drop.

0.275 to buy here now but 0.25 to sell only.

4 or 5 1k buys and it will be back to 0.35p to buy!

Wow 2 700 quid sales moved the sale price from 0.75p to 0.55p basically 30% lower.

I wonder if news about the delisting is about a date for proposed delisting will land.

If so I'd expect another 30 or 40% drop that morning but if the spread stays around 20% advertised [so about 12% really.. It may see a spike or 2 before the end.

It's currently 0.758p to buy but my advice would be to wait for the delisting RNS

Haha it's amazing how many people on these anonymous LSE boards say they own blah blah shares and are buying more and more as its such a wonderful purchase BUT no one ever actually declares a TR1 and there is always an excuse, even though lots claim to have well in excess of the 3% threshold.

I think they forget their own lies until they are pointed out by fellow suspicious posters.

Im sure some are genuine but anyone who buys after following such probable BS from an anonymous chat board poster should not be allowed to handle cash!!

Fintech I posted once in about 3 months having read Progress latest post which could be absolute BS to be honest and you know it could be.

This is an anonymous chat board and people can say anything.

I also questioned him months ago on here about why he didn't release a TR1 if he had genuinely bought so much here.

A few others at the time called him out because he said he was about to release the TR1 but then his solicitor or accountant I think it was suggested against it.

When a few people [including some who are pro DKE] questioned his story he said he had enough of this board and was disappearing.

I belive still no TR1 was ever released.

NOW on the other hand he maybe genuine and his story was 100% correct.

My point is you can't believe a word anyone says including the ridiculous derapmers on her who spend all day knocking the share.

Because someone had a negative comment about this share and gives a good reason why he is stating his negative points of view don't take it to heart FINTECH..

. even LTHs here are questioning this share as shown by posts today... as the suspension time and lack of information from the BODs is horrendous.

They will be doing a raise soon as stated in the last RNS and this will be at 1p if your lucky.

Its 1.81p to buy now and has had 3 trades all day with a 33% spread

Be carful here though guys.

They have said they are going to suspend in July and they have followed a timetable so far where everything stated in the RNS has happened.

Many of these shares have a spike before suspension.

BUT

On the other hand if you are gambling with what you can afford to lose AND there is then a positive RNS this will do 200% plus in minutes so I can see why people are gambling.

All IMO and I often get it very wrong.

Fair play Jimmy and as I say you made a great point about the court case.. and I bought because I partly believe you are correct.

Let's all hope we make some money.

The balls is going to be to hold into the day of the court case.. I hate losing a penny and I'm a p ussy haha so I hope we hit 0.55p before so I can bail.
