all, the above heading is just a part of the massive discovery here, it is all above ground and low cost to mine as open cast, the management appears to be aligned with shareholders and two major banks are involved. special thanks to wittering for the above heading and mac and LB for extensive research into this company. I have joined the party late and missed out on the canapes and pre-dinner drinks but have arrived in time for the 5-course meal. If this all comes together as we think, we are all going to be very happy. I missed out on the early entry and have taken my position lately with 4million @2.9p, I have no more spare cash otherwise it would be more, this is a great investment opportunity as one only has to buy in and hold, as others have pointed out this company can carry on and make money without the sale so a win / win either way. I have in the past made a nice profit from Tiny Rowlands old Platinum mine in SA and another also in SA and with that one the share price has just recently peaked at circa 45p, but with that one, I sold out at 6p to invest in a desert of sand in Morocco, had I held @ 45p I would have had £600,000. unlike that company, this company is fully funded and thinking proactively not reactively. I will now sit on my hands and await the positive outcome that should replace all my AIM losses and some. this is definitely the share to be in, no other share has this much potential to multi-bag. I wish all holders well and roll on next week. also here is a link to an old PWC brochure on Platinium mining in SA and Page 19 mentions Russia.

Good morning Ian, I was just about to re post it again :-) . I do think it’s good to focus minds on the obvious........ yes a steady rise would be preferable, However, once an offer RNS falls this will sky rocket :-) .

Ok thanks Worzel. That would **** me off if it’s the former, that will not encourage new investors , I would have thought it’s likely to be close to the day an offer is made or agreed? Anyone have experience of this....... or thoughts pretty please.....

Ammers I know about what I term the normal dividend type payouts. I’m talking about EUA if they were to issue special dividends surely they can’t apply it to a date in the past ....... hope that makes my question clearer...... clear as mud

Worzel, I bought my shares n Monday, is it possible they could choose a date prior, or do they normally use the date close to the offer being put to SH’s ? Or other? My ignorance ......

Yea ver odd that we have instructed 2 major banks to get us a deal, not any small deal, look at the banks involved, look at how much NN have raised for future acquisitions, look at who is working for us, previously employed by NN. Yea this is a con! Really how much risk is there? I’ll love to be able to top up at these prices come tomora morning ....

OS and Mac, thank you and that was going to be my point with both those amounts/resource of 17moz , surely takeover or not our SP is ridiculously low? I’m definitely in the belief will be getting a first offer. If we do t so what it’s a win win imho......

I’m showing my ignorance here, could some kind fellow be able to tell me how much are we worth or the stuff in the ground . I believe we have proved there is 2moz, does that alone exceed our current Market Cap?
