The latest Investing Matters Podcast with Jean Roche, Co-Manager of Schroder UK Mid Cap Investment Trust has just been released. Listen here.
Is a big jump here on reopen, not out of the question but cautiously ambitious. Anything above that would require huge news flow Remember there's a fair bit of goodwill at current price so let's not get carried away. 6-12 months as momentum builds the patient will be rewarded and longer term looks even better- almost to good to be true.
*posting*
Resisted posted immediately to reflect on the rns. Still disappointed. After the turmoil of under delivered promises this is a weak start and to do it so soon after the AGM where they reinforced the £1 figure. Alright you still technically get it if your still alive in a year hopefully with the growth etc. With the remaining treasury and a good stratagy moving forward institutional investment will always follow the likes of Rose and Indro and i dare say once original investors received their money many would have reinvested. No class action summitted and i dont buy that the 90p return is that much easier to get approval than the £1. Immaterial view as im staying to see where this company goes and take comfort in the bolstered nav post return but i cant know defend the bod to 100% deliver on what they say. The under state over deliver theory expires
Funding never goes down well especially at this stage of the cycle
You wouldn't loan a penny if you knew or suspected of any reason why it might not come back so how do you view this as a negative?
The directors have pots of free cash when in reality he may have borrowed the dough himself even at a premium for speed even though he injected it unsecured. This in itself should be viewed as positive as he wouldn't personally reinforce a loss. That doesn't however mitigate cash flow problems and as ever the truth will come out eventually for all to see.
"consider, having consulted with the Company's nominated adviser, finnCap Limited, that the terms of the Loan are fair and reasonable insofar as its shareholders are concerned."
Might be a bit extreme what's in them scoobydo snacks? Hope your right
You certainly live upto your name
Releases an update the true correction either way will take place and the noise surrounding RT will be confirmed as if we're honest pure speculation was the reason for sp surges. Again recently the noise of news took this over 2p and has retraced as again it didn't materialise. Similarly in imtk the "RT noise" initially bollostered sp only to retrace today on news of director loans. No opinion either way at this stage and await update
RT may think that's the case if they refuse what he's offering so maybe not blatant lie when in fact they could do with the cash but not his involvement on the scale he'd like?
A bit extreme at this stage, take comfort from director using his own dough he wouldn't reinforce a loss. Cash flow is always the hardship at this level especially when 3rd parties drag their feet paying
Not that I'm anti RT just in terms of stability
You will have no doubt jinxed the sp predicting higher close! Can't help feel a slide back towards 2p as the whispers die down again. A positive clarification will undoubtedly push this North but another episode of whispersville is no good. Once DAN publish positives without the RT Influence better foundations of growth will emerge.
@QuobParkEstate: QPE continues to have a large buy order in place above the current price on $IMTK.L but we can currently get no stock to fill it
Brainier?
Mid to high 60's still no brainier, may the games continue
Will continue to float down as the market has no reason to doubt the short existance. All fluctuations are direct manipulations of such. Until genuine favourable figures emerge the sp will struggle. The team will get there they just need to get it right before communication. Even on news as I'm sure K3 will agree the short positions won't rush to exit due to the extent of there arsenal and only on confirmed positive figures (physical contracts/ money irrespective of valuation an example would be sale of psd qpp) will they scramble for the hills- which imo will come. Patience required.
I wonder if they belonged to the 1% camp Friday who voted no- probably
As oil has hinted at recovery there's negativity towards leaving that sector despite assets fast still have there but I'm clutching at straws for why this hasn't touched and held 3p
