If the higher SP was reflective of the previous feasibility study, then the rational market investor would know that an improved study = an even higher SP !!

You typically have cornerstone investors that would be sounded out in advance. They would give preliminary bids which would be used to inform you of the pricing range. Final pricing however is usually subject to the demand.

Yes but in a typical bookbuild, the pricing would tighten to reflect demand in order to raise the amount you set out to raise. In this instance, they chose to raise more and keep the discount the same.

It is unfortunately just frustrating that the placing price was not tightened to reflect the strong demand.

My first comment I stand by, I do believe there is manipulation but I cannot prove it, and nor can you hence why you have never shown any evidence. I don't disagree with you on things I just don't believe in rumours hence why I don't spout them day in day out.

I think people need to stop fixating on the "shorter". Yes there are a number of shares being shorted, but there are also close to 4 billion shares in issue. The amount being shorted is pretty negligible.

Just one point, if the filing is dated 31st March, he did also exercise options for another 18m of shares which came into issue on the 12th April, so net sale of 16.5m.

I think people seem to be forgetting the fact that despite only 4 holes being reported, the gold grades were yet again exceptional, and further deep drilling has confirmed that the mineralised system exists at an even greater depth.
Also amazing that people have disregarded the fact that GGP confirmed only yesterday that there has now been >200km of drilling, which at my count is an additional c.25% on what has already been reported.
Surely people will get wise to this at some point. Everything points towards an increase in the MRE by a factor of 2, 3, 4, 5 or even more!

Havieron is still the clear number one benchmark for other explorers in the region. Lots of references to Havieron in Antipa's corporate presentation released last night.

I am not a huge believer in market manipulation but seeing buys outnumber sells by a considerable margin day after day whilst the share price ticks down is quite unbelievable.
