I disagree. I think the management are just conservative. I would rather they under promise and over deliver rather than the other way round. Whilst the daily decline in SP is not great to watch, there is a lot going on in the background to ensure that we achieve the best possible deal.
I am happy for this to not be a typical pump and dump, but a sustained increased in SP.
As you said, we have great assets and that will show once we receive financing and progress the projects onwards.
Management are also heavily incentivised by project status and not the SP, so I think they are aligned with us PIs.

I'm pro GGP, but I do agree. Hydro lets himself down, he doesn't need to spout such rubbish. Claiming NCM intel on disrupting the vote just makes everything else he says less credible.

Understand that people fret about the economics about the mine, however if Havieron with the combination of a) one of the lowest mines in the world, and b) already one of the largest finds in recent years (resource size is still undoubtedly going to increase), isn't going to be profitable, then no mine in the world would ever get built and no gold would ever be mined.

I am inclined to agree. Funding news is fantastic, but the options package isn't linked to value creation at those levels. I would have been far happier to see them at 25p and aligned with Shauns.

I agree but 100m? Not sure how much value he can add to warrant that. The gold in the ground is what will generate value the most.
I just find the dilution frustrating. Even the recent fund raise by Tribeca, it is annoying that Shaun tells us how it was upsized twice, but in normal fund raisings, the discount is narrowed when demand > supply also. That didn't happen!

I am happy with the new BoD appointments however I do think the co-investment package is a bit excessive. The 45% to current share price is also deceptive in my opinion given it is based off essentially a 2 year low / the all time high is >450% above the current price so they aren't exactly achieving much by getting the 45% increase.

It is the highest price paid by NCM (who there is no evidence of actually acquiring any shares). So the 12m high of 22.75p is not relevant.
