Just picked another 5m of these so I’m not opposed to a new positive RNS!

What on earth is going on with the share price today!

We are now currently dictated by lithium pricing as opposed to our own fundamentals I feel.

We all know what we have and we know that the mine is profitable and will be online very soon. Until it is however, we will trade similar to commodity pricing.

Patience here will be rewarded, Kodal now massively de risked.

I think Timber there is two perspectives though. It is a fantastic deal for greatland itself, but that doesn’t mean it’s particularly great from a shareholder perspective.

Magnum tell me I’m wrong? Please tell me the profit you’ve made with Shaun in charge?

I do know how many he has, it’s listed in the RNS this morning.

He has however never once bought on market, he is happy to always chip in on a heavily discounted placing however. Funny that.

Shaun has literally overseen zero value creation during his tenure.

Anyone can create a 10bn company if you just keep raising cash and dilution.

Would love to know what amount of his previous company growth was through true share price appreciation, as we have seen zero of it with him at the helm.

It is currently a vanity project for him. With no skin in the game, market cap and share price are what he cares about.

Before we all rush to pat Shaun on the bank, let’s also just be cognisant of the fact that it requires a 30% discount for the equity raise. Shaun has consistently and repeatedly screwed shareholders with these placements whilst using it as an opportunity for management to participate. No wonder he never buys shares on market.

I understand commercial rationale for the transaction however I can’t help but feel that Shaun has overseen significant shareholder value destruction during his tenure.

In fairness to Reggie, he probably does know more than Hainan Mining and Kodal combined...

The share price in my view is completely dislocated from true funamental value. Drivers at the moment are uncertainty and negative sentiment, as opposed to valuation based on whats in the ground and potential future cash flow / value creation.

Shaun Day unfortunately has assembled a strong team who have proven to be ineffective. I am not sure what the BoD has actually contributed during his tenure so far.

We need clarity on Telfer and the construction / mine plan going forward.

I disagree re. NPV needing a discount. An NPV is by definition a discounted valuation at a certain hurdle rate. If a potential buyer has a lower hurdle rate, the NPV to them is in fact higher. This is specifically why in corporates strategics are typically able to pay more than sponsors given lower return requirements.

Hadrian, the reason the SP is where it is, is that price of spodumene has dropped 80% and the market has hit our share price accordingly.

Full price realisation will take time but I'm confident in Bernie and team. Big investors don't purely rely on public updates, they have much better access to management than we would. So this really is not that relevant.

I'd rather Bernie continue to take the measured approach. If we get inundated with RNS' then all of a sudden there is a quiet period, that would also cause investor concern.

You would I believe. The Board can recommend shareholders accept the vote, but would still need shareholder approval.

Just picked up another 1.5m myself. Feeling very confident in the company, the project and the management here.

Brilliant presentation! Biggest point from me is the target 50% increase in resource by June! I would say to put such a big number out in the public domain with such a short timeframe, there must be a high degree of confidence in achieving that!

Time for our very expensively assembled BoD to actually pull their finger out. They are meant to be high experienced at this exact sort of sitiuation, so now is their time to prove it.

Whilst initial reaction will always be negative, should also factor in that we are now likely going to be acquired by / partnered with a smaller miner who Havieron is of greater importance to!
