Why not? I think their valid...... I suspect most will be padded away with some puffery by Jesper. I have a small holding in seye set against my much much larger holding in see. Both will do well for sure but the market reaction for smarteye does not mirror see at all. It is quite clear even to Jesper at house broker that smarteye are in denial about some factuality on uptake and long in tooth awards. I have seen the last 10 quarterly presentations from smarteye and the ramp up excuse is quite over used....ramp up to SEYE is what imminent is to SEE. LOL. PMG is class above MK. They just come across so amateurish and although some on here thing their marketing is better in reality it may be thier undoing as the tide goes out and they haven't got thier bathers on. I still expect to double my money in SEYE mind. I expect a lot more here as their are more verticals that are more developed and will generate at least what auto do but patience is the key. I am in no rush.

Reckon this in non camera dms so not us or competitors. Gsr compliance only but low ncap. Will be superceded in2026 by camera based solution and hopefully magna mirror.....

I should qualify that as cashflow positive point on quarter by quarter. Also smarteye reckon procurement for eu for 2026 is largely done. Rest of world rfq and for models past 2026 are being worked on/decided. High end cars are rfqs for interior sensing of driver and passengers and items etc.

Smarteye CFO mentioned they need quarterly numbers of 600k vehicles for break even. Its all about the ramp up...

Christ we can rag on PMG but MK is a disaster on this call.

Martin just slipped in that still haven't passed 2m cars. That's a surprise, I had expected that to have been crossed this quarter. Christ some of peeps here rag PMG but cars on road is fully transparent q on q. Market isn't challenging the design win narrative strongly enough. At least 60 to 80 of those are dead in water or ended.

aviation. any insight into like revenue per aircraft we might achieve via collins?

my rough *** packet calls is that boeing and airbus roughly ship 1000 aircraft per year between then. the airlines would pick special so one can imagine any avionics add ons that collins pitch that utilise see tech wont penetrate this number fully. so are we looking at 4 figures per fitment, 5 figures, 6 figures? i can't see personally past 5 figures. a 737/a320 is roughly list price 100m but i guess these get discounted on volume so i reckon 7 figures is definitely out as that would be 1-2% of sale price. 6 figures would be top end for me and my realistically price low.mid 5 figures guess might develop into say 6mill usd based on 20k per fitment and 300 aircraft. i guess other factors that.need considering will be just commercial passenger flight jets, private jet market, freight jets and then military jets. i would imagine kit on flight deck must be replicated on simulators? would collins approach any military drone operatives, air traffic control or would that be product differentiation later on? would any data generated derive value for collins and see in a similar way to guardian monitoring??

similar revs to caterpillar in time or more? getting it right in aviation will lock down a lot of sales for a decent forward period.

this area could get super interesting but not for a decent while is my gut feel.

My guess is that other oems will wait to see what score ncap gives the mirror based vw cars when they are assessed. Occupant and Driver scores are broken down in that section. Some of the smarteye ones haven't got full scores as far as I can interprete and the steering wheel barely 2024 compliant ones don't score well so 5 stars.wont be gotten by anything that's not camera based. I think i saw a CB linkedin post that suggests that other oems are waiting on the ncap score magna mirror gets and then award accordingly. Mirror should be quick integration vs other led/camera positions so maybe some bases have been covered by contingency hence delays on awards. Make what you will on CBs take - he clearly knows people in the space that will talk off record and gets most calls right.

Overstaffed for sure. I don't disagree with your points but for a lot of their clinical customers they will be stocking and servicing market directly. Direct shipping to hospitals is a nightmare due to paperwork post credit and most procurement departments specify billing and shipping in UK. Launch booth at IBMS conference was way too big and extravagent but this may have been booked and planned prior to acquisition. I can't think who in the UK (and the business is primarily UK by headcount and revs) would shell out for the business. Other distribution companies will be better picking of the companies when distribution deal come up for renegotiation periodically. Coris as a manufacturer could be a gem but eu ivdr rules around new diagnostics increase cost to.market but they could look to contract manufacture for others to sweat there knowledge and capability.

The divestment of dx business is vital tbh. Wasn't really sure of why this was purchased in the first place as margins in distribution aren't even close to.own product manufacturing in this space. The coris purchase I could understand but coris is distributed in the UK and elsewhere via other companies for a long time and extricated of that.may be a challenge and change of ownership doesn't always trigger an exit. Uk dx market is a real challenge and uk isn't reimbursed and I am not sure who would acquire. Hospital market is more and more being.delivered by managed service contracts with large dx companies with UK subs in place already. Looking at ebitda for dx you are going to need to spend a lot as an acquirer to hopefully keep distributions which isn't always possible and for minimal or no profit uplift unless you can renegotiate deals with suppliers or take a hatchet to back office costs and that would take time. Anyone got any.ideas who would be a buyer? Coris products are interesting and they may actually sell higher than acquisition but launch I can't call and I am pessimistic we get our money back. On that grumbly note I will reiterate I am really positive on the pharma and that's all I am hear for. Dx is a distraction we don't need.

Big danger is that when you puff up value you tend to crash on rocks of reality. For all the DMS providers cars in production per quarter and revenue per fitment is king. That will drive share price up or down in some cases. Cumulative business awards mean nothing and Smarteye numbers really suggest that many of the earlier awards never went anywhere and any expansion is fantasy. If they did it would be in the numbers. Nearly all awards before 2021 are likely supported driving only and uptake on that is optional and hence low numbers. The uptake is increasing, more oems offer it and dms via a camera for safety is law for vehicles in eu in 2026. We all want the share price to do well and some just want a false spike to exit - I get that.

Might it be we get bluecruise Adas versions and smarteye get budget end of market for compliance?

Bluecruise might migrate down range and become standard building uptake. Just a thought.

Stt not sure what point are you making here??? Asset looks decent, p2 data looks better than standard of existing care. Ongoing sales per patient over time as disease relapses rather than a one off treatment and done.

The POLB team confirmed the option comes with a small nominal cost but depending on DD what is needed for p3 spend will need some money to run trial but fda have agreed 80% patient aquisition in Turkey where trial costs are way lower than West such as UK and USA where prevalence is lower. Question on shore capital and what that may mean and JS referred to them being involved with amryt listing strategy and capital expansion. Make of that what you will. The guy from silk road ex fda regulatory so a job for him within polb might be very useful. A lot of small pharma struggle with dealings with fda, this guy knows both sides of orphan drug space.
