Trouble is the market and the media deal in absolutes, surely selling the company is last resort and that rns was put out to get some attention from gpb etc.

They might just be getting the price lower and purchasing plenty of stock at knock down prices and then release an update to say future payments sorted etc by way of a workaround. Surely that way everybody wins

No western company will touch pog it will have to be a Russian outfit I reckon second to that Chinese. Serious offers would have to be put to shareholders still. Surely they would wait to see what happens with the missed payments etc. the next 3-4 weeks will be pivotal

Bad news clearly prices in now, I’ll be expecting a bumper ride Tuesday, all the shares sold yesterday were equally mopped up suggesting there’s more to this story yet to unfold. Suns out though so happy days. See you all at 10p

It is very odd, now the ftse funds have been allowed to exit albeit at a savage low price, they turn the screw. I still remain positive that Russia and GPB will not heed to these sanctions and will find a way to keep the gold flowing.

Yep same here, the fact it finished at 2.5p was a nice touch. Some decent buying too which of large chunks bodes well too. Not just punt money either!

Gazprombank bank have managed to partly escape the sanctions on energy as they are being paid in ruble, I guess the same could be applied to gold?

I do wonder if gazprombank will issue a waiver of sorts on the interest until it becomes unsanctioned? Lots of moving parts on this atm, should be fun next week.

If any of you think that this company is worth only 80 million then you’re all crazy. If this gets bought then we’re talking 8p minimum. Still an absolute steal, we are still shareholders even if it’s delisted and gets taken private. For sale sign had been put up and I expect an offer for the company next week.
