Not sure how the sale of assets can proceed while sanctioned as the money can’t move as it stands. Gazprombank distancing itself from the situation is a smart move as it moves the spotlight off them. They still want paying but looks like it’s going to have to move through several parties to get there. I’m sure with the right lawyers it’s doable no matter what the media tells us. Let’s hope pog has got some good ones

I think it was a message, basically telling foreign companies that if they adhere to sanctions and not pay debts then that will be criminal in itself. Must be a massive case for force majeure here. Things always go down to the wire before U turning. We need time, possibly any offer talks etc could delay things long enough to resume to talks etc

We can’t physically pay the debt, gpb have showed their hand. Pog isn’t going anywhere yet imho, enough cash on hand in uk bank to run the firm. The sale, if it happens, will take weeks if not months by which time sanctions may be lifted. Expect pog to drag their heels and buy time
