I would also add, please, please, never take out a loan to invest in stocks, especially high-risk stocks like this or ARB or even IRR as has been suggested. It's a recipe for disaster. If I could offer you anything, it would be to spend your evenings and weekends reading up on markets and strategies before making anymore high-risk plays. Yes, you might not double-up near-term, but you also won't loose it all and capital preservation & allocation is rule number 1.
Always make sure you do plenty of your own research before investing and never take anything that's written on these boards as gospel. Some would write any old rubbish if it encouraged others to invest in a way that was beneficial to them.
I think we've all lost money, including myself and everyone else here, by being new to investing and jumping with bad timing so don't beat yourself up, just chalk it off as a learning experience and try not to repeat the same mistakes.

Your post at 11.24 almost sounded like you are in self-destruct mode or something. It doesn't matter how much money you've got, I'd still be pretty ****ed if I threw away £13k in a stock by being careless. One of the most important traits in investing is patience, lots of it. This isn't like walking into the casino and walking out a few hours later a millionaire. You need to adopt the correct approach if you want investing to work for you. There's some decent literature out there that would help you along the way if you stick it out. I really hope this share works out for you so good luck.

Chrispie has already informed us all that he participated in the placing and stands to be awarded warrants (free shares) if the warrants pass. Take everything he says with a pinch of salt, or even better just ignore it given that he has his own agenda which is the opposite of what we've all been trying to achieve here.

We say no to needless dilution and your tricks will not be tolerated so do us all a favour and give it a rest Chris.

I see this is as nothing other than normal range trading now until there is news. Probably around the 2-2.4 range so day-traders I'm sure will trade this and may do well.
On the other hand, for everybody else, news could drop any minute regarding our pre-sales quantities and pipeline. This is not to mention news of strategic partnerships to license the ink's and inner coated materials and I certainly wouldn't want to be out when the news arrives, whether that's pre or post GM.
Looking at our approximate votes that have been cast & collated I'm certainly not worried and in fact the 12th can't come quick enough. We have huge strength in our numbers, both as a collective or engaged PI's morally and as a combined shareholding of the company. We can/will achieve great things here by sticking together.
Let's remain positive for everything we have to look forward to here and do not be detracted by the de-rampers and posters being inherently negative to fulfil their own agenda.
Only 9 days to go now. We can do this.

All that has been described in the last RNS is a shift in direction and the SP has now moved 5 fold on precisely zero news of what that looks like. How can a 5x mcap be justified on a hope and a whim. The only reason I can come up with is that Akers has 10% and so now people are blindly piling in with nothing other than a prayer. Please correct me if I'm wrong - what am I missing here please?

It would seem your information is incorrect.

I have checked through several articles reporting on the german and 18 other nation states that have introduced tougher face mask requirements and ALL of them state the below:

"Masks that can be worn while shopping, using public transportation, going to the doctor, attending religious services, or in any public venue that is likely to be heavily trafficked, are FFP2 or FFP3 masks, KN95 or N95 masks, and surgical masks, also known as OP masks."

The key words from the above being surgical masks. The current P2F face mask is aType IIR SURGICAL face mask.

Yes but the SJV holding company (Kanye Resources) shows Kavango as the only shareholder, hence my initial post. The holding company was registered with companies house on the 28th of January (4 days ago) and shows POW to have zero shareholding.

I'll take the initial RNS from last year as gospel I guess until more is revealed but as things stand, the SJV holding company certainly isn't structured in a manner that would correlate to a 50/50 partnership. It was just an observation so let's see what happens next.

Could somebody help clarify the below for me please:
