The way I see it, we HAVE to have a new BOD incoming. It's simply not fathomable that we would continue on with a BOD who've just sailed us down the river and have no vested interest.

My thought are more around WHO will the new BOD's be and what kind of deals could be getting done as we speak to form this new BOD's.

The worst case scenario is probably the one that I've already mentioned here. The best case scenario is that GC takes a controlling interest in RMS along with Volx and potentially other partners too, to form the new BOD's. The realistic scenario is probably somewhere in between but that could take many forms and have different outcomes for us as PI's.

I would like add again that these are just some of my own personal thoughts today as I asses my exposure, and I could obviously be wrong.... BUT I'd rather have thought thoroughly about all of the scenario's at play here before making my decision and have got it wrong, than have felt completely blind-sided because I hadn't considered ALL of the possibilities.

Thank you to everyone else that has taken the time to consider my point, which is what this board should REALLY be about rather than the mindless rampers and de-rampers.

As I stated when I asked the question, I've currently got £35k riding on this turning into a ride along the rainbow so I think it's only sensible of me to look for constructive opinions around reasonable considerations.

My question was aiming mainly around the legal considerations of such a transaction taking place by the BOD (who now hold zero shares in RMS) so that I could either keep it as a consideration or remove it from my concerns list.

What everyone here should be doing is trying to consider ALL of the potential possibilities at play, so that an informed judgment can be made around the calculated risk... not diminishing anything that is remotely a counter to the 10p close narrative.

Completely agree. When I first discovered this share, I truly felt like nothing could stop us, and I still have exactly the same faith in the product and innovative nature of Gareth and his team at P2F.

The only thing that's spooked me recently is the behavior of the RMS BOD and I wouldn't discount any manner of shady activity whilst TB is at the helm. If we can rid ourselves of the current RMS BOD then I do still believe that we will make it.

I think we're all agreed here that there's some fairly big changes happening in the background here with so many shares changing hands...

What if Volz don't want ALL of RMS, they're a PPE manufacturer after all, so why complicate your business and diverge from what you know and do well.

My concern is that, what if Volz only want a stake in P2F... what then?

TB no longer hold any meaningful shares in RMS, only a few options (which could have been exercised by now anyway), so what if he's sold off P2F to Volz and RMS is well and truly left holding the baby...

Not trying to de-ramp as I'm sitting on 1.3m shares here... just hoping to have some constructive conversation now that all of the idiots have left the building...

Thoughts?

I've never felt so conflicted about a particular share before...

Do I want to put my whole self in, be my whole self out, or stay somewhere in the middle and shake it all about...

Does anybody here use the ADVFN Level2 instead of the L2 here?

I've been using the one here for sometime now but only took a look at other L2 options last night. The ADVFN L2 carried a lot more information, albeit it's more expensive.

Of that, there is no way of knowing. From doing my DD on BRH, it would appear to me that they're niche is seed funding and early stage growth.

My thoughts precisely. Albeit a smaller one, it was their forth acquisition in the last two years.

They're certainly of a size that they could be taking a stake to some degree.

It would appear to me, that it's absolutely plausible that Volz could take a controlling stake in RMS.

What a great partnership this turning out to be and the numbers in terms of masks being manufactured and sold using our IP all across Europe could be MASSIVE.

A specialist manufacturer of air filter products has secured a £500,000 funding package from Santander Business Banking to support its acquisition-led growth strategy, acquiring a Northampton-based counterpart.

VOLZ Filters UK in Manchester has bought Midland Filter Products, which produces and distributes associated products to that of the VOLZ Group. It specialises in air filtration to remove harmful particulate matter from the air people breathe.

The former established its Manchester arm in 2006, with the group now employing more than 700 employees and owning factories in Germany and Slovakia. The deal is its fourth in the last two years, with plans in place to make further acquisitions.

The £500,000 backing to support the deal was instigated through the Business Banking Switch, an incentivised scheme launched in February 2019.

James Marsh, group finance director at VOLZ Filters UK Ltd, said: "We are delighted to be able to secure the acquisition of Midland Filter Products Ltd, with the funding from Santander having been central in helping us realise this exciting growth opportunity.

"Our aim is to continue to acquire businesses on a select basis which will support our current product suite and aspirations in the UK market."

Danielle Simpson, relationship director at Santander Business Banking, added: "VOLZ Filters UK is right at the centre of the wider social and business drive for healthier working environments and clean air solutions and we are delighted to be supporting the Manchester team to expand its footprint in the UK."

Why so many unknown trades... they look like regular trades to me and in fact a couple of them are mine which were buys... odd why they're not being highlighted...

Trevor Brown being on the BOD of both companies was never a good idea, fleecing one, while lining the pockets of the other. It certainly looks to me from what I can see that indeed BRH will be fully cleared by the end of the day and then TB should step down from the BOD at RMS.

If this happens then I can certainly see blue sky in the distance. We need a BOD with skin in the game and Gareth would clearly fit that bill. Whether he would like the role is another matter, however I'm certainly expecting a TR-1 either tonight or tomorrow.

Once BRH & TB are cleared, confirmation of large orders arrive along with additional distribution partners, then I believe we WILL have our day in the sun.

Somebody is still selling here... far too many chunky sells going through 400/500k at a time... hopefully it's Paul Ryan dumping the rest of his shares so we can be rid of him.
