The Board will consider a variety of options for the use of the net proceeds and will inform shareholders in due course and as appropriate.

Following these sales, Braveheart no longer holds any RMS shares.

There was a on here maybe half an hour ago where somebody posted about death spiral financing - it's not something I'd heard of before personally. Having just read up about it, there is a monumental downside for all of us here depending on who the placees are and what their intention are.

Yes, this was always going to be where the money was and it's great that's where the BOD want to take it (if we can believe anything that they say anymore) but I have to say I'm growing ever doubtful that we'll make it at this rate

So... with the BOD's trying to diminish Gareth and his role in P2F as "just a consultant for one day a week" (which may be true on paper) this isn't really just about Trev vs Gareth as I see it.

The Uni is where Gareth works and his completed all of his valuable research, he will have solid relationships there built up over many years. As I also understand it, from listening to one of the podcast interviews with Gareth (can't remember which one it was), the only reason they managed to secure the 'clean room' in the Uni because of Gareth's relationship with the Uni.

If the Gareth and RMS relationship "comes to a pre-mature conclusion" then we could be looking at additional delays and expense to locate and fund a new 'clean room' as a minimum. Who knows what other repercussion there could be from the severing of ties between the two, and Alex since he's thrown his name in the hat as resigning if Gareth does.

I should also add - I do genuinely fell really sorry for all of the LTH's here, it's a nightmare situation

The RNS on the 11 of Sept was clear and the RNS on the 18th was even clearer.

Survival: "It should be noted that there is a risk of dilution to existing shareholders from a possible restructuring and/or partial equitisation of the convertible bonds."

Death: "The field may then be decommissioned, with potentially limited or no value returned to shareholders."

Either one of the following two outcomes will apply:

1. Survival: Shareholders will see the mother of all dilutions where they're almost entirely wiped out to cover the cost of the debt vs equity swap - pointless

2. Death: The convertible bond cannot be re-structured / re-financed and you end up with the SP @ 0p - pointless

I was laughed at last week when I said the following:
"just because HUR has seen somewhat of a recovery in SP over the last 5 weeks, it doesn't make the value of it's assets any greater and that the significant risks associated with the company which dropped it to 2.5p, still remain."

Well I'm afraid the I haven't been wrong so far and the outcome here is now as clear as day - the board have even spelled it out out for you. I'm baffled as to why people would buy into this, it's either extreme dilution or bust. There genuinely is no upside.

Trev: 77m options (approx. 2% of RMS) and 19.5% BRH holding in gyrometric.
I really don't see him going down without a fight, if for no other reason than to protect his Gyro position.
If it gets even messier now, I guess we have to take Gareth at his word that he'll walk. If he does, surely he'll take his patents with him and the P2F angle is over

BRH still own a 19.5% stake in Gyrometric so it's in Trev's interests retain control of RMS if he can and therefore I don't see him either resigning or acceding change easily
