Was showing at a quid on my HL pre-open then jumped to £2.50 on open... this will cool off before climbing me thinks
That's because any investment you make here will be diluted 75% once the prospectus is released... pointless. Keep an eye on it and once the extra 1.5b shares are in circulation then make up your mind.
I suggest you do some research on a SPAC RTO and why they're so attractive
As soon as we've cleared the remainder of the placing churn then we will begin our ascent
As it's an AIM listed company, they have 6 months from the beginning of this month
You only have to update the market via a TR-1 if your holding has moved +/- min 1%
Yep - far too oversold here - I just picked up another 3.5m - will be delayed - toying with buying another 3.5m - huge upside from here
Just in time to pump up the stock for a TB dump the following day, you couldn't make it up.
Ash and John must know something that we don't, they're both sticking serious punt money in here. I'm looking forward to this one playing out, 10 bags would be incredible.
Dave,
These were my sentiments when reading the RNS. Almost doubled the shares in issue in one go, with an exercise price of 0.5, resulting in any meaningful rise from here being heavily sold into.
Worth sticking a grand in at such lowly levels and forgetting about it for a while, maybe something will come of it.
Have you looked at the fundamentals?
"More than 18.6 million people have now had their first dose of a coronavirus vaccine in the UK, a rise of 448,962. It's the highest rise in vaccinations so far."
"And 700,718 people have now had their second jab - up by 31,613, which is a record rise."
"The pace of the vaccine rollout and downward trend in infections and deaths means the UK's four chief medical officers (CMOs) have agreed that the nationwide alert level should move from level five - the highest - to level four."
Never mind a bigger boat or even just a peddalo, the boat will have well and truly left the harbor shortly, or even sunk.
Meanwhile, our BOD are "making careful preparations". We have been waiting since October for these masks which were originally supposed to go into production in December.
I have been Mr. patient here but I'm sorry, by the time we eventually get these to market, even with the UK being ahead of the vaccination curve in comparison to the EU, the demand will simply not be sufficient enough. Hopefully, with news we'll get a sizeable enough rise to let us all get a decent exit but this company will never materialise into anything more other than an exit strategy.
Fingers crossed we all get what we need here, eventually...
Nate
Ah, okay thanks, not been in there yet today
Sandford,
Oh how we would all like it to but unfortunately I can only see the SP continuing to sink now over the next few days as the timeline just keeps getting extended again and again... and again... (and so forth)
Nate
Exactly, they've only had since NOVEMBER to sign MOU's and we were informed that certification would then progress their discussions. "Careful preparations are being made"... don't be too careful now boys, there'll be the next pandemic coming along in a few years... wouldn't want to miss it!!
Basically what they've just said, is that they haven't signed up a single customer yet!!
Tucky, where did you find that out about John, I don't see it on his Twitter page?
Yes
