Bought into this company last week, i believe these will drop in value initially as investor's take up their rights issue, however this company are in a strong position and will remain that way! On the Slough Trading Estate for example they only have 5% vacancy which is way below average. As a whole, this company are not undertaking any speculative builds on their estates but are seeing good movement on the pre-let side. I strongly believe we will see £2-3 long term and achieving £1+ within 3 months. However DYOR!!
