We've had a combination of LOAM and also RG, who is now below the reporting threshold, but may also have continued to sell down his remaining 2.5-3% holding.

Well it seems to be late 30's early 40p mark. I guess they could push it more, just depends how much their average is (i would guess somewhere in the teens) and how much profit they're prepared to sacrifice to offset any perceived risk.

I fully expect LOAM to continue selling up to and probably through the court action in a couple of weeks,although they probably don't want to crash the price too much.

Prices are already dropping on the QD OLED screens. The 55" model can be had for around £1500 now.

Claiming Samsung are using QD's in mobile iphone displays and that TCl, Hosens and Vizio are using Samsung QD screens.

I think LOAM will continue to sell into any strength, and they have enough stock to take the wind out of the share price beyond firm news.

We can't know how much stock LOAM intend to offload between now and the trial, assuming no out of court settlement, which looks increasingly unlikely.

Apple event in a couple of weeks time, and once again there is media speculation there might be some mention of AR. However they may decide to leave it until later this year or early next before revealing anything.

If you look at some of the things Samsung carried out in regards to the KAIST vs Samsung case, you can see a similar strategy.

Possibly. As i understand it silcion can see into the lower end of NIR, just not very efficiently. QD's will massively increase efficiency, but no doubt at a higher component cost, so perhaps they're keeping their powder dry for applications that will really need it.

For SWIR, AFAIK there is no option but to use QD's with CMOS, unless going for ingaas and the downsides of cost and resolution.

This has all been clearly explained in various company updates.

I think SWIR will be used in just about every single mobile device in the near future, whether it be phones, watches, cars, AR VR etc. It's the logical choice, but hasn't been practical before due to cost .

At present STMicro are still pushing NIR , which normal silicon can see without the addition of QD's, albeit at an efficiency cost.

This company and AGM- another graphene company expert at atomising investors capital- are top heavy with expensive c-suites.

I don't believe there is enough of a market within the next few years to support so many independent companies in what remains a relatively niche market.

They need to merge, rationalise their teams and consolidate funds, else they will just run out of cash and investors patience and end up being sold for their IP portfolios.

I would have expected documents to be signed for any NDA's. Could they not present that as evidence with any trade secrets or commercially sensitive information blanked out.

We may get a further RNS regarding anything covered on Friday.

Apart from that, I don't think we should receive anything further unless a deal is done.

I don't recall BT specifying a pre or post trial settlement.

May depend on the damages model accepted. If they go with the Allenby model, a 1.5x for wilful would yield over $50 per set. Not too shabby even for US only sales.
