We all have to start somewhere. I am a very active trader but have made many mistakes. Leave pompeyman alone. But I do agree, Google and other sources are wonderful educational tools. And just for you pompeyman man I remembered that Petro Matad also has a listing in Germany but I didn’t know on three of their exchanges.

Here are the listed exchanges where Petro Matad's stock can be traded:

London Stock Exchange (LSE): The primary listing and trading place for Petro Matad shares, using the ticker MATD.

Berlin Stock Exchange: Petro Matad is traded on the Berlin exchange with the ticker HA3.

Frankfurt Stock Exchange: The company is also listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

Stuttgart Stock Exchange: Trading is also available on the Stuttgart Stock Exchange under the ticker HA3.

OTC Market (Pink - Limited Information): In the U.S., Petro Matad shares are traded on the OTC Pink market with the ticker PRTDF.

My last word on this subject. If you look at the trading volume in the US version of this stock, it is around 8K a day. When someone suddenly buys a hell of a lot more it raises eyebrows and stock is marked much higher. It can also be days/weeks before another trade. That’s why the price can fluctuate more than the London market price. As a shareholder, you can send an email to MATD and ask questionsif you want a more defined response.

Pompeyman. I rarely post and was answering your question as a matter of courtesy. I have held MATD stock for many years and it annoys me how much bickering goes on so read but do not post often just for posting sake. With over several decades in the finance game thought I would just share some knowledge as you asked.

Many shares are listed on 2 exchanges. Some 3 or more.

EauH2OOh, unfortunately my broker does not subscribe to Winterflood and Bookbuild retail access platforms so I have missed out too. Rather annoying that a broker of Equiniti’s size does not. May try and top up when the shares purchased at 0.0054 are dumped potentially.

Monday, as Folio said you had to be a shareholder. Read the full RNS part says existing shareholders at the time the RNS was issued which was at 16:31 yesterday.

Blubay, I couldn’t find it either but for future reference it is under Investors, Shareholder Docs, AGMs and Circulars. You have to page down from the Reg News to find this section.

No one can find a pen for the final contract or another hold up as there there always is with PM. The amount of times that we have had the RNS say this delay or that etc etc etc.

TooGood2Die, eqi.co.uk (equity) also do not subscribe to various issuer platforms and I have recently missed out again on the bookbuild platform. Luckily I was able to buy shares in the market at the same price as the offering but had to pay the broker fee to purchase. Slightly annoying to say the least. I’ll need to check with my broker to see off they will be able to assist me in this offer. I have subscribed to Primary Bid to buy other shares but then needed to complete paperwork to have them transferred into my nominee broker account. Bit tedious in today’s electronic world.

Hamm, I bloody well hope so. Been here a very, very long time and I now need the money but cannot sell at this gigantic loss so exploring other options for my needs.

Funny that Aquisace, I bought 450,000 as I advised on Monday as I could not participate in the Retail Offer. My broker does has not signed up to the Bookbuild platform still (I did complain at the time of the last Retail Offer) but still they have not signed up to that system, so had to buy on the open market. You should not believe all the buys and sells shown on the lse site. My purchase was at 13:22 at a price of £0.008075. Have a good day.

His company has assets in excess of £1 Bn so no, not his ISA I am sure. The assets are held by IGPL (Holding) Limited. His MP register of interest lists the PANR holdings as well as many, many others. Quite interesting read this morning.
