PS. Professional did used to write some good comments. both positive and negative comments which were justified but something happened around 9 months ago and began talking total nonsense. I do hope he is OK. BadProphet on the other hand is just one of life’s negative people who is beyond help. He was the first one I filtered. Maybe that is his target, to be the most filtered poster on the MATD board.

Roxy2020, some people just need the money. It’s not sometimes jumping out, it’s a need for cash. I wanted to jump out when my fixed rate mortgage ended in Oct 23 but could not take the chance that the very next day of me selling the LP would land and we would be at 15p or much more north of that. I’m still hanging in here but my mtg payments are just over 5 times what they were. I NEED this to happen in the next 3 months or I am going to have to bite the bullet as I cannot fund myself for much longer.

Doc83, thank you for your positive comment on when the RNS will be released. Having been here for 6 years and slowly building over that time, I will be a very happy but also premature Easter Bunny.
