I must admit Motif Bio has me slightly more worried but I am remaining optimistic. I Personally plan to sell once approval i granted and run for the hills but it's binary to me the outcome.

I don't think BOD would look to find another CEO so close to potentially and (hopefully) securing a deal.

It's no secret. Motif have always said they were looking to go fown the partnership route for commercialisation, wether that means they have one lined up already we don't know. One thing for certain is that if by a miracle they get FDA approval they won't have any problems getting a partner. That is the least of the worries. Getting approval is the big one. We are still a long long way ahead im affraid. But we have to remain optimistic.

There partnership with Llanebar doesn't sit well with me seems like they are preparing for the worst

Off course FDA didn't give them an indication which way their decision will sway. They will merely provide Motif with what exactly they need to provide to them in order to get approval at a later stage.

Should it be something relatively small that Motif can fix we are still probably looking at end of the year before any approval and even after approval it's still no guarantee the product will be launched.

Mr Potter did say he was expecting a time frame between 6 and 12 months for a deal to be announced and that is back in March. They may also look to raise further then the £2.4m already raised from selling 120m of shares at 1.6. Any drop may be a golden opportunity to top up ones holdings or quickly make a 50-70% mark up and reduce your risk if i all goes down the drain. However! I personally am confident a deal will be announced, we must bear in mind that it's imperative BPC get it right this time as a second occasion of a third party walking away from a deal would look horrendous to the company and infuriate us share holders.

interesting article, worth a read. I would never recommend buying on the basis of an article but this explains why it rose to a high of 268p last January and then dropped and its future outlook. I am not invested here but I am keeping a close eye on this as I do feel it has huge potential .
